1.本來是入住時間是下午兩點，但我們到的時候就已經四點多了，去了之後開了門發現都還沒收拾的，聯繫房東等了十幾分鍾終於有人來收拾了，因為還有其他行程就先出去逛逛等阿姨打掃
2.打掃完了回來之後洗手枱也沒有很乾凈，還有兩根頭髮
3.檢查了一下其他地方，一些一次性毛巾、牙刷、拖鞋用品類的是直接在房間的櫃子裏面的，而且都是敞開的，就是快遞拆開的樣子，感覺很不衞生，都不敢用那些東西，拆下來的床單也是丟在衣櫃裏面的，我不知道是房東允許阿姨這樣做的還是阿姨私自這樣做的，這點很讓人隔應，裏面的東西完全不敢用，還好自己帶了一次性用品
4.樓道里麪信號是非常差的，幾乎沒有，衹能進房間後有信號和可以用wifi
5.提前跟房東説了是否能延遲到兩點退房，能否免費寄存行李，房東那邊都是説可以的，這點服務還是蠻好的
6.因為選擇延遲退房了，但房間密碼應該是到時間會更新，在我們出去後回來密碼打不開了，電話及微信差不多20分鐘均聯繫不到房東，後聯繫到了解釋在高速上，這個能理解，但衹有一個能聯繫的人且聯繫不上的時候確實會着急和耽誤行程

千萬不要去住這家酒店 服務很不好 簡直能吧你心臟病氣死 而且環境非常不好 廁所很小 有很大的臭味 衣櫃裏面有很多亂七八糟的東西 爛枕頭臟床單並且酒店的床單很臟 很多黑色的不明東西 還有類似於皮屑的東西我們跟房主反應了卻沒有及時跟我們解決問題 而是向的推卸責任 説我們想退然後後面一直不回我們消息 哪時候都凌晨2.30多了 我們也不可能去另外找酒店吧 我們還自己出錢去買了一次性床單這是我目前住過最垃圾態度最撇的酒店

先不管住房體驗，首次入住服務體感就特別差！這是我第一次入住給差評！
1.事先網上預訂好的房間我理解應該已經確定好了房間，結果後面給我打電話由於周邊有所謂的考試，需要我換房間，我不明白考試和我住什麼房間有什麼關係
2.第二天十點諮詢是否可以續住無人迴應，我就先出去辦事情，一個小時後還是我主動聯繫和我説可以續住但是要漲價50元，我可以理解週末漲價，但是也要提前聲明吧
3.既然臨時漲價我就選擇不租了，退房和我説12點退房，我和她説因為十一點多才回覆我消息且之前也沒聲明12點退房，所以我還在外面比較遠，我商量我馬上回去延後一小時退房也不行，理由是下一個租客來得早我必須準時離開
客服一直讓我理解一下他，請問你理解我什麼了？換房間是因為其他租客，退房也是因為其他租客，難道我就不是租客嘛？和我説下一次，就這樣的服務腦子不正常才會下次還住你們家

酒店實在是太差了，門牌前台都沒有，毛巾也不給，一次性拖鞋也沒有，沙發很臟，淋雨水管也是壞的，洗澡一一半真的很糟心，枕頭也是黃色的，説好的第二天給毛巾和拖鞋，修水管，第二天回來也還是沒有給換，毛巾拖鞋還是沒給，浴巾也沒給換，真的很無語，洗衣機更可笑，下水管不插，洗個衣服滿地水，還要自己插排水管，真的是太差了，老闆更神奇，衹會説話不給解決問題，一邊答應第二天給，還是不給，衹收錢不幹活，垃圾
