Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley

The room was small, and so was the bed, which made it a bit tiring to sleep with a child. Although it's advertised as the Kuanzhai Alley branch, it's actually a taxi ride away. The only good thing is that the room rate wasn't expensive, and you could pack up breakfast to go.

The front desk service was excellent. The water pressure in the facilities area was quite stable, and the underground parking was very convenient and spacious. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The 5th floor has a laundry room that's free to use 24/7. Highly recommend staying here.

They were very responsible and quick to answer and resolve any issues we had. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities, including green tea and a local tourist map. This Hampton Inn met the brand's usual standards. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was very comfortable and the toiletries were quite good. It's a few kilometers' walk from Kuanzhai Alley, so we had dinner in a nearby residential area instead. The restaurant was tiny, but the food was delicious! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the dining area felt a little cramped, being entirely indoors with no windows, so you couldn't see outside.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. The room decor was cozy, and I slept really well. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly in the hallways, which was a lovely touch. They also provided black tea bags and there's a laundry room available anytime. You can even store your luggage after checking out. Plus, parking is free! This hotel is definitely worth recommending.
