Thank you so much for the best service, kind reception, and Thanks again for find my phone it(OMG...) Free laundry is available with the dryer on the 2 floor, breakfast is very delicious, and the menu is changed every day. Unlike regular Chinese hotels, the room doesn't smell like smoking at all, so I was able to stay very comfortable for about a week of this time travel.

One of the best hotels in Chengdu!! I booked 6 rooms for my family in January. We had very clean rooms, nice and professional staff, and good service! highly recommend it!

The staff at the reception should be reviewed or at least trained properly because they have big issues:
1) speaking English;
2) speaking the truth;
3) knowing the structure they are working for.
Said the above the manager compensate the lack of experience of her subordinates but an hotel with this brand deserves better.
There is room for improvement.

Hehe, I came to Chengdu for a trip with my boyfriend. After I told the front desk staff, they gave me a simple itinerary plan and sent me a map. There is also an electronic version for easy viewing. There are also many choices of tea bags in the room, including green tea and coffee. I asked for a few more bottles of mineral water every day, which was met in time. The laundry room and gym are relatively convenient. My boyfriend said the experience was also very good, and the fitness equipment was easy to use. Super super praise!!!
