The house is well-equipped, the landlord is easy to talk to, there is a small dining table with a view of the downstairs, the hot water is heated to 60 degrees and it won't get cold even if you take a shower for an hour. But some facilities are old, especially the second floor, which has a KTV smell as soon as you enter. I hope this aspect can be improved, but everything else is ok.
