The room is very small. Not worth the money.

I have to must say that stay was very comfortable...neet and clean rooms..comfortable very tasty food. , breakfast is also very nice very friendly staff from reception sahiba was so nice with us its really a comfortable hotel to come with family i willl come again thanks

I am visiting this fantastic hotel for the second time. I'll give it ten out of ten in each category. Beautiful room with excellent amenities, including a complimentary breakfast in the morning. shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel.Every member of staff goes above and beyond to assist you in a warm and welcoming way.We had a great day and really enjoyed our time at the gym .Sahiba and Survi and Spandan  the loyalty staff member, was always willing to assist and had a lovely smile.made our stay incredibly cosy.I would suggest this hotel to everyone because it is conveniently located near all regions on foot.

Amazing stay . Amazing staff. Shayam did such a wonderful job decorating for our anniversary. Would love to come back sometime. Ginger surprised us by completing the decor so beautifully, even though I asked for it at the last minute. The staff and hotel are pleasant. Ginger rocks

We had the nicest holiday break ever spending two nights at this stunning house that was directly on the main city . I am truly grateful to Ginger for services us. I would also like to give special recognition to Gunjan, Argha and Saiba who had extended services. I sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness level of customer dealings. Thank you.

We were seated at this lovely restaurant Qmin on a pleasant corner. To begin with, the food was delicious. Excellent blend of flavors and spices that I haven't tried before. Following our meal, the ***ager gave us a tour and created a whole dish that was free to sample! If you'd prefer something different, I'd suggest 10/10. Incredible

This Ginger Hotel kept everything very tidy, which I appreciate. The restaurant's food was good overall, and the housekeeping staff was quite kind and provided better services today. Thank you Sahiba , Madhu and Surabhi They speak really politely. It shows its volume of good and happy people .

Recently stayed at Ginger - Chennai.....had a great time with the hospitality.....Rooms are very clean with a positive ambience....Staff are very friendly....Shyam and Madhu helped a lot in ***aging queries.....would like to visit back soon

Excellent hotel in vadapalani ..nice service great staff from resturant and reception also nice food breakfast is also very nice Abhijit is nice person. From reception saheba, shyam, argha and ayush guys are very polite and sweet with us thanks for giving this much of good survice

The property is located near Metro and to a Mall. The location is also easy to find. You have to go to level 1 for the reception which means no one to help with your baggage. We stayed for 1 night. The check-in was smooth. We were told the keycards would not be functional and hence they unlocked the room using their card. We went out late in evening and came back at night only to be told the same. They again opened the room using their keycard. The room was very average when compared to other Ginger Properties. It looked old. We actually booked 2 rooms, while one room had a Split Air Conditioner, the second room had a WINDOW AIRCONDITIONER. To their credit, there was no issues with their functioning. The room had a small work desk and an even smaller TV. Also, the walls looked very dirty. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The restroom was okay with very limited amenities. Hot water was not working in our room. The food was good and tasted well. Hallway to the room was old and smelled bad as well. The property is not maintained well and does not live up to the expectation of a Ginger Hotel.

Amazing food, accommodation. Good service by Komal Surabhi, Nidhu,Aayush. The quality is excellent and would love to visit again.

Surabhi is very nice and her customer centric approach makes this vendor a wonderful place to Adobe for a pleasant stay in Chennai. Komal is a nice girl , her behaviour is awesome .Surabhi is very helpful. Thanks Ginger for the pleasant stay.
