Ginger Chennai - Vadapalani

The room is very small. Not worth the money.

The property is located near Metro and to a Mall. The location is also easy to find. You have to go to level 1 for the reception which means no one to help with your baggage. We stayed for 1 night. The check-in was smooth. We were told the keycards would not be functional and hence they unlocked the room using their card. We went out late in evening and came back at night only to be told the same. They again opened the room using their keycard. The room was very average when compared to other Ginger Properties. It looked old. We actually booked 2 rooms, while one room had a Split Air Conditioner, the second room had a WINDOW AIRCONDITIONER. To their credit, there was no issues with their functioning. The room had a small work desk and an even smaller TV. Also, the walls looked very dirty. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The restroom was okay with very limited amenities. Hot water was not working in our room. The food was good and tasted well. Hallway to the room was old and smelled bad as well. The property is not maintained well and does not live up to the expectation of a Ginger Hotel.

Amazing food, accommodation. Good service by Komal Surabhi, Nidhu,Aayush. The quality is excellent and would love to visit again.

Surabhi is very nice and her customer centric approach makes this vendor a wonderful place to Adobe for a pleasant stay in Chennai. Komal is a nice girl , her behaviour is awesome .Surabhi is very helpful. Thanks Ginger for the pleasant stay.

Very poor maintenance of the room and restrooms, untrained staff. Treebo or other hotel posses good amenities. Room is occupied by bugs and cockroaches

Breakfast Food was good. Internet was not good to ***age work. It would be really helpful to have better Wi-Fi services. People were good.

The stay is excellent... Everything is good... The welcome drink is great the staff is great sahiba, shyam and abhijit was so polite thenx for making my stay comfortable. The rooms are. Very neet and clean... All good i will come next time. All good

I was came for my official work ........ in chennai i was staying in vadapalani ginger after 2 days i was not feeling well my health was not good in that period they was taking care of me they are very nice people, sahiba and shyam nice to meet u guys thanx

The room was too dirty and tooexpensive for its amenities. The rooms were dirty and small for rs. 4k. The details of the stay was explained before hand and extra charges were levied during checkout.. I would recommend other hotels near ginger that are much better.
