Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Also the entire hotel had a very nice scent. Did not eat breakfast.

Everythings is good except that we were charged $100 as deposit and were told that will be returned in 3-5 business days - why that long?

環城高速下來就是，市中心太擁擠，這裏上哪都方便，去克利夫蘭市中心和中國超市中餐館聚集區大概15分鐘，蓋的是被子不是毯子。

This was a very nice stay. The room was clean. It had enough towels. The breakfast was good. We particularly liked the way they set up the paper plates it was smart. Simi friendly staff. Very nice stay overall.

The staff stthe desk go above and beyond. They are always so courteous. Jeff, Juan, and I forgot the name of the 3rd guy. Amazing manners.

This facility is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good and there are also several restaurants and shopping centers nearby if they are serving anything to your liking. My only suggestion is that they inform the guests at check in or have a sign in the room regarding maid service. If not requested the night before your room won't be cleaned, trash not emptied, no fresh towels and beds won't get made.

I bought a suite for the evening, the listing said the living area was separate from the sleeping area. Not exactly separate, but the other side of the room. Not what I planned for.

Unhappy with rooms we received when we checked in.
Original reservation was for (2) rooms, each with Queen bed. When we arrived we were given (2) handicapped rooms with Queen beds.

The guy at the front was not friendly at all my card declined due to some fake issues for security purposes. He seemed as if he had an attitude that I was standing there, trying to figure it out. Language eye rolling. It was 2am I was tired as well it gave very much let me get back to sit down
