Staybridge Suites Cleveland Mayfield Hts Beachwd Reviews

We got 2 different rooms both were dirty. There was drawing on the walls, stains on the bed sheets/skirt. What looked like old vomit on the carpet, food on the stove, stains in the refrigerator, one door had to be slammed to close it, sticky substance on the toilet and more. Paid hotel prices for motel quality. Staff was friendly until we complained about the dirty rooms. We had to pay for another hotel! A complete mess!! We only have pictures from the second room.

The hotel was just beautiful and clean and comfortable, perfect location not to far many things.

Awesome stay, super easy check in!!, Accommodations for our kids was very nice. Even though there was enhancements and construction being done, the staff kept everyone engaged with evening social dinners and raffles for additional points for members!!! The stay was an excellent retreat!!!

Excellent stay. There was some misses by the cleaning crew, but overall the stay was great!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel previously and it was nice, but this time was an awful experience. From the construction of more than half the rooms on the floor, the smell of **** in the hallways, to the very uncomfortable beds, the mediocre breakfast, and the sink did not drain well. We actually checked out a day early (and we only had originally booked 2 nights), we didn’t want to pay the high rate they were charging. No where was this hotel worth the $200 a night fee. I’m not sure what has happened from the past, but this hotel has gone downhill. We only stayed because it was very close to family in the area. Will probably never stay again after this last trip.

Everything was great... This place actually has a nightly social time with free food and drinks. I have already been here before and whenever I visit our Cleveland office I will stay here

I was on a business trip and this is my go-to place to stay. The rooms very clean and the breakfast and complimentary happy hour food is great. I will look for further Staybridge Suites again while traveling

Very nice happy hour 3 nights a week suitable to be a meal. Breakfast and happy hour were very good and serving staff was very good. Housekeeping could have been a little bit better, but not bad.

Service was good - but room had sticky floors, stains on couch, tv remote held together by tape. Very loud - dogs, babies and a party accross and down the hall sounded like they were right next door :(

Due to this being an emergency situation, the Staybridge Suites was EXCELLENT ! Only wish breakfast was out on time because I had to stop for breakfast because it was not put out as advertised on time.

Bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced at a hotel! Beautiful room

My daughter slept in the room with the two beds and saw a live bed bug in her bed sheet after she checked why she was itching in her thigh. The kingsize bed in the other bedroom where I slept was soft and sagging in the middle where my main body weight is that I woke up with body ache. The microwave door is coming apart/broken. There is no tv remote in the living room. Somebody from the staff knocked at the door at 9:30 a.m. and asked if we are not leaving yet. As I know, check out is at 11am. We checked-in late at midnight and very tired from the long drive and just wanted a good night rest. So disappointed.

The first room we were assigned wasn't clean but the hotel clerk quickly gave us a new room. The hotel was nice and clean and everyone was friendly.
