Excellent little hotel. Wonderful service. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly .. always ready with a smile. Welcome drinks on arrival were a wonderful gesture and check-in was the least stressful I have ever experienced anywhere. Had a pool access room which was fantastic; just wish there was more time to enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh coconut juice straight from the coconut. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

We stayed five nights from 10-15 December 2023. Duen was one of the counter staff. She was very helpful and prompt in answering our enquiries and requests for services. She taught me how to use the "grab app" to hire a car and then talked to the driver through the app to ensure no misunderstanding in the meet-up location. When we had been waiting for quite a while in the lobby for the an external tour service company, she took the initiative to communicate with the company to make sure that the pick-up car was on the way. Had there not been a missing of room cleaning-up, the service should have scored the maximum.

The actual room of this hotel is a little darker than the picture, and the actual texture is better. And the space is very large. Very satisfied. The beef balls and mashed potatoes for breakfast are my favorite.
The room is very new and big. So I stayed in Anantara in the second hotel, and the room was too small, which was a bit disappointing.

Facilities: The facilities of a newly opened hotel must be at the first level. Breakfast was great
Hygiene: Hygiene is absolutely ok
Environment: On the street, there are a lot of motorcycles and cars going back and forth on the road. I didn't expect it to be very quiet, but as long as the doors and windows are closed, I can have a good sleep.
Service: I would like to focus on the service. From the waiters at the door to the cleaning waiters, they are all praised and everyone is smiling. There was a welcome card, free drinks on the first night and even a metal bookmark for me on the second night. The most important thing is that when I turned on the TV, the first channel turned out to be a Chinese TV channel, and I checked all the TV channels, and there was only this one in Chinese, so I thought there should be someone who has done this specifically. Everything, service is all in the details.
ps: There is a barbecue stall downstairs, I highly recommend it, it tastes great!
