I absolutely loved my stay here and the check out gift was a great idea 😊 They seem to understand that every trip is special and it is hard to book a trip within our busy lives. They made the stay so comfortable and special - i feel very grateful to have found this gem. Massive thank you to all the staff - at the front desk, and at the restaurant every breakfast, with special shout to Moth. They were so accommodating, service was prompt and efficient - 6 stars ⭐️ Its a beautiful hotel/hotel grounds, spacious, quiet, nice but not pretentious. Breakfast was delicious, great pastries, can choose any a la carte. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks on this trip, having stayed in 3 other hotels which were mediocre - I am happy I ended with this one. I will definitely be back!

There are two buildings in the villa. On the second floor of the main building are two double-bed rooms and one standard room. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The second floor of another building has two rooms, one is a suite, and the other has three beds. The whole villa is very large and can accommodate many people. For breakfast, we bought the ingredients ourselves and ate it in the garden. The villa also provided milk juice and various spices. The butler was also very caring. We also booked a BBQ the next day, one thousand baht per person. It was very hearty and tasted great. This stay was really great.

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

I came there with my family in December 2015. The view from our room was great (we booked 3 rooms) and the rooms were clean. This hotel is best for relaxation as the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious too, but they didn't specify the name of the food (it was a bit difficult for us to identify halal food). Another problem was that there were no restaurants or (similar to 7-11 convenience stores) shops nearby (the nearest restaurant takes 10-15 minutes to walk). Besides that, the overall experience was great.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Hometel 51 and would recommend them for anyone staying short or long term in Chiang Mai. The Facilities: stylish, modern, and minimalist with everything you need for a nice stay, huge desk in the bedroom if you need to work, luxurious bathtub is more like a tiny pool!, balconies, nice coworking area downstairs, garden outside, laundry room downstairs, beautiful bakery/restaurant next door open until 3 pm each day, 711 in walking distance. Staff: Probably the best part of Hometel, friendly, accommodating, always willing to help with any issues. We had a bad experience with a different condo and they accommodated us with less than half a days notice. Price: To get such a nice level of cleanliness, service, and security, I find the price to be extremely cheap and well worth it. Internet: Strong and stable throughout the building even though its shared internet, low ping and high speeds. The 51Hometel is hands down the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! You won't ever want to leave!
