Chainarai Riverside Recreation Centre is an underrated 5 Star hotel which will blow your mind! The hotel is huge with vast grounds, multiple parking lots, and lush tropical greenery. Located beside the Kok River, it is a grand architectural marvel of well appointed rooms, suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. The two bedroom suite has a King bed with bathtub, twin beds with rain shower, a living room, 3 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 3 ACs, ceiling high wardrobes, 3 huge balconies with full riverside views and amazingly firm comfortable beds. The building materials and fittings of the newly renovated hotel are of a quality that surpasses even 5 star hotels. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and has a generous menu to get your day started. The salad bar had the freshest vegetables I have ever eaten in any hotel....or restaurant. This hotel screams CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN...you can practically walk barefooted everywhere! For USD89/3,000 THB a night for the suite with breakfast (USD33/1,130 THB for Deluxe King), I'm wondering if they priced the room rates wrong, as other 5 star hotels would cost 2-3 times more...and their room size would not even be as big (112 sq m for the Suite, 39 sq m for King). For a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai, Chainarai Riverside is the ultimate luxury getaway.

In a village on the outskirts of Chiang Rai, a small and chic hotel. Planted full of plants, you can also swing. The room we stayed in was very large, it was no problem for three or four people. On the second floor, the decoration and arrangement were very rural in northern Thailand. There is a small balcony with a nice view and very comfortable. I really want to lie down for a day and don't want to go out. I need to take tutu when I go to Chiang Rai city or other attractions.

We stayed for 6 nights as a couple in the Hello Kitty room. The room was well decorated with a big comfy bed and clean towels and sheets daily. Breakfast is delivered to your room and the reception team helped us where possible with queries. It's only about a 10 minute moped drive to town, we hired ours from ”Nice Rental” in town and had a brand new bike and no problems at all.

The staff are so friendly and the rooms are clean and smells amazing 🤩 the location is okay if you have a motorbike. The breakfast needs more variety but the quality of the served breakfast was perfect and everything was fresh. Just one point thing i believe it will help more is that the location pin has to be updated because it was not very accurate and it is around 300 meters aprox.

Spent a night here, the room has a mini kitchen and everything else is clean. No one at the apartment to check in, so you would have to contact the person for instructions!

Расположение не самое центральное, но мы с удовольствием каждый день исследовали окрестности пешком и спокойно ходили до центра и обратно :) Также нам предложили велосипеды, чтобы доехать до нужных мест. My partner and I had an amazing stay at Phowadol resort and Spa. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We arrived 5 hours before check in, hoping to just drop our bags off, but they got a room sorted for us within the hour. The pool was well maintained and the gym had all the equipment you’d need with air conditioning. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice, we were in a tree house with a wrap around balcony. Not an issue for us, as we rented moped’s from the resort, but it’s a 10 minute drive to the town centre.
