My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway to Chicago. Even tho it was cold and raining, this location felt pretty central and was walking friendly. The room was a decent size and felt fine but on closer inspection, it could have been deeper cleaned. Wouldn't come back here but also don't regret it.

The facilities of a youth hostel and the charges of a star-rated hotel have no other advantages except for the excellent location. It is recommended to stay at the Hilton at this price. The room is not cleaned every day, there is no cleaning lady, and there is no coin-operated washing machine. The room price does not include breakfast, on the first floor. The security staff are very friendly

The hotel is located in a downtown area and is convenient for travel. The room is located on the sixth floor. The windows have poor sound insulation and the sound of car horns can be heard. Only half of the shower room in the room is separated by glass, and there is no door, so some water splashes onto the floor. The experience was not good and I will not stay at this hotel again.

I visited the hotel for a few days with my partner. The room was clean, nicely designed and in a great location. The security staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had an extremely poor experience in the restaurant. We hoped to get an evening meal at the hotel and were greeted with sighs from a waitress sitting at a computer across the room. The waitress told us to sit anywhere and had a very rude tone. She shoved cutlery and tap water on our table and ignored myself when I said thank you and then she walked away. We could hear her huffing at her computer then walking around slamming cupboards. We decided it was an incredibly bad atmosphere and the person on the table near us looked uncomfortable, so we left without ordering. Honestly, the most unpleasant restaurant experience I have ever had. The service at the checkin desk was fine, but not particularly friendly. Overall, I would recommend finding another hotel in this location in Chicago as there’s lots of options.
