賓館應該是新裝修的，挺漂亮的，工作人員態度非常熱情，周到，房間屬於簡單裝修，早餐非常豐盛的自助餐，乾淨衞生，對於這個價位可以説是賓館裏的天花板級，很難再有對手。如果有機會再來赤峯這個城市還會再來新泰和賓館。

衞生很好，乾淨，無異味，房間很大，洗浴用品準備的很齊全，感受貼心。門前停車場服務人員熱情。早餐品種豐富，很贊。位置不錯周圍用餐購物都很方便。我住的房間隔音差，睡着後被突然的咚咚響驚醒好幾次，服務人員及時趕到查看，説是其他房間的關門聲，後戴上降燥耳機才睡着。淋浴噴頭離牆壁太近，而下面是浴缸，人又無法太靠近牆壁。

這個酒店離赤峯南站很近，公交車衹有一站的路程，高鐵站是赤峯站，離赤峯站的路程就遠一些了，門口公交站有發往機場的機場南線大巴。

房間設施用現在的眼光看確實是落後了一個年代，服務還算跟得上時代，停車方便，但是車位比較擁擠，早餐及其廉價，服務人員趾高氣昂跟打了雞血一樣，，總之就是不值這個價位了
