The a/c did not work. (the staff changed our subsequently. The food (dinner) was bad. There was a cockroach in the salad. Atrocious levels of hygiene.

Its a nice clean hotel, few things like cheap toilet seat and broken exhaust were a bit of a mood spoiler though, and i also dint like the fact that water was chargeable and pricey

The hotel has not maintained the room like mirror damaged, vanities blinds damaged. I got 5 times electric shock in washroom. It seems their staff is well aware of the fault that's why they are not checking the current flow in shower and instead they told me to check it my own. My room no was 204. They are misleading people by showing old pictures of resort. As name says river front resort, but there is no river nearby also.

Property location is very approachable to nearby darshan, the food was good when ordered on paid basis, complementary breakfast was not good, rooms were so so. Can not rate a high star for room.

I would not stay in this hotel again. The hotel looks very goo from outside. Inside facilities were at the best poor.
The worst thing was the location on the internet. It showed 15 minutes walk to places of importance such as Ram Janmbhoomi. The sites of importance were at least a few miles away. Driving took more tha 40 minutes. Restaurant was terrible. In short, it was a very unsatisfactory stay.
