I just stayed here for the first time and was impressed by the service from the uncle and auntie. The room was clean. Although it wasn't soundproof, overall everything was good.

The hotel may look a bit old, but it is well-cleaned. The uncle and auntie are very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests. The location is very good.

The owner took very good care of us. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable. However, the noise from the cars outside was a bit loud.

Facilities: A residential hotel near Bangsaen Beach in Chonburi, run by an old couple at the front desk. There is no elevator, so you have to swipe the door card to enter and exit, and you have to change into slippers to go upstairs on the first floor. There are three floors in total. The room is spacious. It's not fancy, but it's very comfortable. The entire room is non-smoking🚭. You can park for free on the roadside without being ticketed. Hygiene: Hygiene is good. no problem. Environment: Close to the seaside, there are Mixue Ice City and McDonald's just outside. However, due to the geographical location, many stores do not understand English, and the menus are all in Thai, so they can only rely on software to translate between them. The surrounding natural greenery is good, and there are many birds. They will call you to get up and go out early in the morning. Service: The old gentleman will explain everything from how to use the access card, changing shoes, no smoking, wifi, to how to turn on the air conditioner and TV in the room. . . I can only say that it was very enthusiastic. The room key is old-fashioned, and the door lock is manual when going out, so be careful.
