The room is very old. The most important thing is that the service attitude at the front desk is not good at all. They talk very rudely. The room smells bad. There are hairs on the bed. The toilet is not cleaned. There is a night market downstairs and it is very noisy. The weird thing is that the breakfast feels like a pig. The food was the same, but the dishes didn't look good. There were some dark things on the dishes, as if the vegetables had not been washed. Grandma tasted a little and said that they were not as good as the dishes made by her 80-year-old elder, so choose carefully!

This is the worst hotel for about 200 yuan. The air conditioner in the room is just a decoration and does not heat at all. The water in the shower is very small and not hot. It is freezing cold in the shower. Hey, I feel like I am just paying for something.

There are indeed reviews that the outdoor air conditioner is noisy, but it gets better at night. I only woke up once in the whole night. The overall hygiene is pretty good. The breakfast is relatively simple and convenient. I will consider this hotel next time I have the opportunity.

Due to the exam the next day, I got up at 7:10 in the morning to clean up and check out. The impact is very direct. I dozed off during the morning test. It was really uncomfortable. I didn't sleep and felt very uncomfortable today. There is no one really bad staying experience.

我是2023年元月31日去重慶旅行，入住第一天，個人體驗就很差。酒店臟到極致，我訂的是豪華單間，房間過道的頂都掉了，床上四個枕頭，三個上面有污漬，好惡心，洗漱用品就一把梳子，連起碼的牙刷都沒有，早上給服務員説，説説可以找他們要，公用拖鞋污漬比指甲蓋還厚，太噁心了，一次性拖鞋説穿過的，我為了後面旅客着想，都用水澆過扔了，早餐簡單到極限，連碗熱麪都吃不上，拿了兩個雞蛋離開，房間地毯用語言都不知道怎麼形容，樓下熱賣的聲音半夜不斷，沒辦法休息，正好房間太臟，我在凳子上喝茶一夜，服務態度極差，登記時候，接待在玩手機，很不耐煩，問密碼等，回答就是看門卡，老花眼看不見呀，無奈找門口做生意的幫助，後來再找她，談換房間，想要瓶水，結果接待與保安正在熱聊中，不理，最後回答，喝水外面有賣的，問什麼都説明天再説，早上退房，終於明白了，換人了，它什麼都不用幹，早上的接待還不錯，笑臉相迎，解決問題，但我已經決定換地方住了，希望酒店能搞好衞生，教育好自己的職工，做好本職工作，讓旅客有一個舒適的住宿環境

前台服務態度差，像她大姨媽天天來一樣，房間地毯臭的了，環境極差，你們千萬別去，真的沒見過這麼爛的酒店

房間比較小，洗手間的台盆好高，我160，雖然不高，但還是第一次住酒店用台盆洗臉要踮腳，房間超級不隔音，隔壁房間有人敲門，有人送外賣進來，我在房間裏面都能清楚的聽到。酒店早餐還將就，但吃水煮雞蛋還要去廚房要。酒店外面是菜市場，晚上是各種各樣的小攤，還挺好。總體來説，體驗不是很好

前台服務熱情，房間衞生方面也很好
