They gave me a room for a smoker. I asked them to change it, and they changed it for me to a better room with a balcony and no smell of smoking. Generally the hotels in a nice place near Shopping and the staff offer a friendly.

Hotel room was a smoker room, carpet dirty and shower not working properly. The hotel pool is actually you a spa you have to pay for. After all, they let us in for free. Breakfast not western, only chinese.

酒店細節處理的很好。房間佈局很温馨，東西的擺放位置都是有提示的環境還是挺不錯的，還有免費贈送的飲料可以喝，酒店也很安靜，乾淨，陽台外面鳥語花香的，坐在沙發上都可以看到風景，小管家緣緣處理問題很快，房間的衞生打掃的也比較乾淨，很貼心。總之，很適合商務出差，會再次選擇。很棒

酒店停車方便，前台林林圓圓服務好，主動給我們換的更大的房間，室內衞生乾淨，也很安靜，尤其是窗簾遮光好評，小朋友睡眠質量好。酒店樓下幾家飯店都很好吃，小朋友要求連續吃了好幾頓。

服務：沒有什麼問題 需要充電插座一會兒就送上來了 前台比較熱情 光是這點是不夠的
設施：這個就有點過分了；看是19年裝修的才過來、結果失望至極！裝修沒有十年也有八年了！
衞生：到處掉牆灰！廁所玻璃花的、裝修老舊 設施陳舊 不知道這個五星是咋來的、三星的衞生也比這個好
這個怪我定的時候沒看評價 看了肯定不會選擇了 四五百價位不是旅遊旺季有更多更好選擇
早餐：兩個人60元 如果知道是這樣20我還要考慮吃不吃！全部是成品糕糕點點之類（不知道放了多少天的）、包子也是成品！沒有能進口的東西、除了白水煮雞蛋！吃了一碗麪、人都沒有還煮半天才好！建議還是取消早餐
環境：沒有環境可言 窗外就是居民樓 看樣子酒店生意不是很好 很少看到有客人 下次定酒店一定先看評價
總結一下 同價位酒店早餐是最差的；環境設施比較老舊

一個新開業的酒店，但酒店不是新的，前台服務人員熱情周到，由於到的比較早，前台小姐姐給免費升級了房型，早餐還可以吧，酒店客服服務非常好，耐心聽取客人意見和建議，酒店位置不錯，步行就可以到南濱路江邊的夜市，夜市很美很熱鬧，周邊吃飯也很方便，值得推薦的酒店。
