A dated 5 star. Very 80s so maybe it was dated last when it was new?
The rooms are very large, high ceilings, large bathroom, good comfy beds, little sofa and desk area.
The views are awful. The surrounding area looks shabby, semi industrial and low quality housing areas. Odd for such a hotel.
However, for the price, it was good value. Also, its close to line one metro so convenient for getting to the historic village and the station in the "apartment block".

五星級酒店，有些年頭了。服務主動，特別是前台花尚平態度熱情，有求必應。環境良好，設施齊全。交通方便，對面就有公交站台，附近也有輕軌站，可以直達不少景點。

頭一次見這麼態度惡劣的餐廳前台，九點多到早餐婷頂着一張死媽的臉告訴我沒有了，我反覆確認是不是沒有了，得到的答覆卻是輕蔑的眼神。提出煮個麪就可以，然而前台直接翻了一張a4紙（甚至不是標準菜單）合著我付了88早餐費還有付錢？？完了之後打電話給前台才做了早餐，又等了一個小時才吃到。
隔了一天又告訴我喝了一瓶38的礦泉水要扣按金，然而網上衹賣一半不到，連這錢都有掙真是服了，從沒見過這麼斤斤計較的五星級酒店，建議趁早摘星吧

酒店房間不錯，空調暖和，離酒店不遠就有兩家火鍋店，初二晚上自駕到時還沒停幾台車，但到初四回南寧時停車場幾乎停滿，來住的人還是挺多的，總體滿意，美中不足的是那麼大一酒店衹有一部電梯能用這有點扯了

酒店位置比較特別，在地鐵環線陳家壩附近，去重慶西站、重慶北站乘地鐵環線就可以了，交通是很方便的。
設施屬於老牌掛五星酒店，五星酒店的基本設施都有，但與香格里拉、希爾頓、萬豪等國際連鎖酒店比，差距還非常大。
房間樓層普遍較高，視野非常的好。
性價比是屬於非常高的級別的。雖然設施跟不上國際一流連鎖酒店，但價格不超過一線連隊的50%，在重慶屬於非常難得的了。
服務有待改進。健身房要到上午9點多才開，這個點才開健身房，晨練的人還練個毛呀。至於酒店給出的理由，根本説不通。毫生、希爾頓、香格里拉、温德姆的健身房都是24小時開的，也沒見出啥問題。

洗澡那個地漏的水都快流卧室了，地漏不漏水，反饋到前台後，到前台退房不是應該馬上道歉嗎，前台三個人沒得人道歉的對不起三個字很難説嘛
