The location was excellent, and the service staff was friendly throughout my stay. Even though they didn't speak English, they made attempts to communicate any issues in a prompt manner. The room was adequate for my stay given the cost.

房間設施齊全，前台服務超好11號小姐姐提前給我們打了電話排房，房間特別滿意，住過那麼多酒店，這家真的出乎意料的好，服務真的太貼心了，比這個貴的酒店住過。但是服務都不如這家，酒店有點年頭了。但是打掃的很乾凈。前台那個小姐姐真的太好了，足以可見酒店的管理和文化

房間整潔舒適，前台服務很熱情。假期來重慶住了三晚性價比最高的一個酒店🏨床單被罩都很新很乾凈，早餐也很營養美味！靠近萬象城，有商場，有夜市很繁華，從窗口還能看見輕軌！

五一帶爸媽到重慶旅遊，在眾多酒店中選擇了這家，離西站坐出租20來塊，也比較近十多分鐘就到了。房間和宣傳照片上是一樣的，裏面有衣櫃掛衣服什麼的很方便，浴巾什麼的都是用塑料膜包起來的，入住還會送一份禮品，前台小姐姐也超好送了我三份早餐券！！！離二號線地鐵口也比較近，上一個坡過一條馬路就是九龍商業美食街，樓下吃飯也很方便，有火鍋店（味道不錯，三個人吃了200多），動物園也很近，走路大概20分鐘，也可以坐輕軌，總之就是住的很好，下次來重慶還會選擇的酒店

前台服務好，連鎖酒店就是很專業，提前排房，酒店設施齊全，自取物品很多，房間也很乾凈，前台小姐姐送了果品，小禮物，入住很滿意，出行附近也很方便

房間乾淨舒適，服務態度好，酒店還送了果盤和小禮物。位置在楊家坪萬象城廣場，附近有小吃街和商場，吃飯很方便。輕軌下一站就是動物園，很適合一大早就去看心上熊🐼的小夥伴們！
