I came here on National Day from the 1st to the 3rd. It takes about 2 hours to drive from Chengdu. The road is not blocked and there are not many people in the hotel. The environment is very good. You can soak in hot springs and climb mountains. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.

This is my first time visiting this hotel. I booked a premium balcony double bed on Ctrip. The room rate is 740 yuan. It should be considered the highest room price in Jiulonggou, Chongzhou. When we arrived at the scene, we found that the actual condition of the hotel was far worse than expected. It was in disrepair and the facilities were old. The anti-theft chain in the room fell off when I pulled it. The pipe under the washbasin in the bathroom leaked and was completely unusable! The pajamas are also dirty, which is a pity for this beautiful natural environment. The hotel management level is also very poor, with the hardware of a star hotel and the management of an ordinary B&B. The breakfast was mediocre and lackluster. What’s even worse is that for a family hotel, the employees actually smoked directly in the breakfast room. This is too exaggerated! I have used Ctrip for so many years and booked so many hotels. This time it was a surprise...

The room was great, the accommodation was great, and the spa was great. The front desk was very welcoming. It feels very good to soak in the hot springs at night. The big pool is beautiful, and the small pool is emotional. You can soak in the hot springs among the lush forests and bamboos, listen to the chirping of insects, and the gurgling streams. If the room also has a toilet on the second floor, it would be perfect if the internet speed is faster.

The service is very bad, the terms are overbearing, and it looks like I have the final say in my hotel and you can't live in it if you like it. Partners who have high expectations for service should be cautious. The hot springs use boilers to boil water. There is one large pool and three small pools, all of which are at the same temperature. They are a bit hot and cannot be tolerated by children. The shower in the room is also the same temperature. Continuing on for more than 300 meters, there is the Huimei Yeluxe Hot Spring Hotel. I walked around and the environment is very good. It is a group of villas.

The location is excellent, very close to rafting in Jiulong Gorge and children's play in the water. The hotel has a unique layout and the rooms are spacious, bright and clean! The hotel also has a children's hot spring swimming pool and numerous hot spring pools. Make people linger. Special thanks to hotel manager Ms. He Zhenli. Her excellent service made me feel that it was a plus point for the hotel. Her warm and attentive service made me feel particularly valuable.

The hotel is relatively new in Jiulonggou Mountain, so don't book the basic double or twin rooms. The rooms don't have balconies. They face the mountain and the wall. It's very humid and depressing. The air conditioning in the entire hotel is pretty good. , except that the roof leaked in the lobby on the first floor when it rained. There is a large swimming pool with warm water, so it is not cold to swim in. Someone is burning a boiler underneath. Breakfast was just fine. After arriving at 12 o'clock, the front desk repeatedly emphasized that check-in could not be done until 2 o'clock. However, people were still checking in one after another. I don't know if they were VIPs or something. I couldn't help but ask if there were any rooms at 1.30. Only when it was free did we say it could be done. The waiters are still OK, proactive in cleaning, and it's no problem to ask for two more bottles of water.

Stayed for 2 days and changed three rooms. When we entered the first room, we found that there was no screen. We asked to change to the second room. The water rebate was very smelly. The third room was changed to a hotel with a balcony. The attitude was very good. The water in the large swimming pool is at a constant temperature. The children had a great time. The hot springs were also very clean. There was always flowing water. The restaurant tasted good. Overall, I was very satisfied. I will stay here again in the future.

很好沒啥説的，前台小姐姐很禮貌服務態度也超級好，就是有個建議，就是三樓的私湯都沒有遮擋簾，希望後面可以安裝上，就好了
