The hotel itself is nice but way too expensive because there is NO SERVICE. The staff is nice, it’s not their fault but there is no proper restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. For that price you expect a nice in-house breakfast but you have to go to next door guesthouse for their buffet (basic breakfast food, good for the guesthouse price but not enough for the Lost Villa price). Also we had a 5mo old baby with us, and one morning a very loud fire alarm rang at 6am in the building. There was NO STAFF in the hotel when I tried to reach out to someone. Alarm rang for 1HOUR!!! Finally I went out and found a gardener in the tourist park who helped me and cane to the hotel to turn off the alarm. We had to take the baby outside for one hour because we had no idea if it was a fire alarm or something else. We didn’t get any discount for the inconvenience (we stayed 5 nights and spent a lot of money). Very disappointed. View is nice, design is nice but that’s all. You can pay less and go to the guesthouse next door, it looks nice.

If you bring your dog, you can also stroll in the park, but there is no car charging, you need to arrange it yourself. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, there are two or three restaurants and cafes nearby. The convenience is not a problem. The B&B has rental bicycles and canoes. Watching the sunset on the lake is great. The only thing that can be improved is that the sound insulation of the door is a bit poor. If there are children living with you who are running and jumping in the corridor, there are some big housekeepers. The service is very considerate and considerate. Next time If you come to Qiandao Lake, you will stay again
