想逃離城市的喧囂，在一個安靜平靜還可以親近大自然的但是又高品質的地方，來到西坡簡直就是夢中民宿～
首先就是服務非常周到，管家阿來和其他阿姨和小姐姐都非常體貼～
衞生做的很棒，房間的設施也都不錯，千島湖啤酒很清爽。唯一想稍微吐槽的就是麪包房那邊蒼蠅太多了，也不知道為什麼，房間大廳餐廳都沒有。
周邊有姜家鎮的墨香湖公園，在那邊散散步很舒服的還可以看到日落。周圍的餐廳也都在那邊。
從民宿也可以看到另一邊的文淵獅城，徽派建築➕湖景很美呢。
第一天有人辦婚禮，早餐是自助餐，選擇不多但是還可以。第二天早上就我一個人包場了，所以早餐是單點，我要説的是好好吃啊！簡簡單單但是很合我口味。
在房間待會，無聊了就去麪包房坐會，無聊了就去草坪上走走，想讀會書就去亭一邊吹風一邊讀書。
唯一的遺憾是書店老闆不在，書店就沒有開，本來還是很期待的。
基本上是完美的體驗，以後肯定還會去西坡其他景點的民宿！

五一大概2500/晚的房價，但感覺算上節假日溢價，感覺也就衹能匹配1500的價位。
房間本身朝向是湖及對岸的工地，景色太low。期待值太高，落差過大。
房間硬裝是敍利亞風格，拍照挺出片的。但床品真的很差，有股黴味，被單和床墊都濕濕的，空調打開後也是有股子黴味。
服務系統化管理不達標，雖然員工都很殷切。
晚餐提前一個小時預訂，但還是讓朋友們等到惱火。
之前體驗過隔壁的千島湖安麓，體驗相比之下好太多。

期待已久的西坡終於在五一假期成行了，很滿意，隨便一處都出片，床品舒服，第一次睡到合適的枕頭。小潘服務很好，消息回覆快，熱心地幫我們搬行李。雙床房比大床房大一些。

服務：非常滿意，管家很貼心。民宿的唯一亮點。
環境：非常不滿意，本來春天了在草坪上坐坐看看湖水是很舒服的事。這見錢眼開的老闆讓他合作的團隊在草坪上扎帳篷，整得跟公園一樣，嘰嘰喳喳，吵得要死，完全不顧及真正住客的感受。草坪上靠近湖邊全是他們扎的帳篷，非常煞風景。想拍個照片都沒法拍。
衞生：挺乾淨的，滿意
設施：有點舊，一般

和家人第三次入住千島湖西坡，大家都很喜歡，整個建築和周邊環境很好的融合，很適合散步，房間裏mini bar非常豐富，滿足一家三口不同的需求，春節還在房間擺放了一大罐堅果和歡迎水果，我們還在民宿邊上的村子找到了籃球場，玩的很開心。

西坡千島湖也是同事強烈推薦的，雖然上海過去有點遠，但是到達目的地，還是感覺非常值得，之前兩天，管家小潘就反覆和我們確認晚餐，下午茶，一些注意事項，非常認真，到了民宿，還有小哥哥幫忙搬運行李到房間，服務非常周到，房間設計也是非常有木質自然風感覺。過年去入住也很緊張的，入住率很高，裏面的服務絲毫不差。風景 早餐，下午茶，還有周邊風景，絕對要給五星贊。
對了，離開酒店時還有紅色伴手禮，意外的驚喜。
