The hotel has a high construction standard and the hygiene supplies provided are also very good. The mountains are particularly quiet, and the most obvious after coming from the city is to feel comfortable, very suitable for slow life. The road up the mountain is also very good. It is a good way to see the scenery up the mountain. As a hotel in the mountains, the food options provided by the restaurant are quite a lot. The service staff are very friendly and a very good experience.

The room was great as was the view. The facilities that were open were clean and lovely. The pool was great and most of the staff were friendly. The boat trip from the hotel was nice, great boat, very comfortable (no toilet though so be prepared).FRONT DESK STAFF gavin SERVICE IS GREAT AND NICE.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is friendly, the sanitary environment is great, and the surrounding attractions are not far away. The main reason is that the location is great. The field of view is super good. It’s also great to just stare at the distant mountains in a daze. I will come again.

I am really satisfied with the stay this time. In fact, I have visited Qiandao Lake no less than ten times. Every time the hotel provided by the team is unsatisfactory, this time it is a self-driving tour. The environment is deeply attractive, and the decoration is relatively luxurious. This Pinhu Resort Hotel recommended by a friend, although the location is a bit far from the city, but the scenery is unique and self-cultivation is good. Standing on the balcony, you can have a panoramic view of the lake and mountains, and the beautiful scenery... The rooms are clean and the waiters greet you warmly, making people feel at home. The hotel also has a large children's playground. ~[Yes][Yes]

The hotel is perfectly situated for the most stunning views of Qiandaohu. We paid for an executive room and it was really worth the extra money as you get access to the lounge on the 17th floor, including drinks, snacks and an evening buffet. The food in the buffet was lovely, especially the desserts and the views from the 17th floor are amazing. Service was excellent and most staff spoke very good English. We used the pool, sauna and hot bath/tub which were all nice too. We will definitely go back!
