房間略舊，但是衞生情況還是可以的，有浴缸，附近吃飯地方也多，在新區，周圍環境很好。健身房設施齊全，五一價格也還行，小長假滁州玩得很開心。

房間比較寬敞，靠近園區比較安靜，總體比較滿意。就是五一期間客流量有點大，早餐人太多了，應該是當地最好的酒店，也可以理解

前台有個小姐姐不知道叫什麼，人很好～送了孩子早餐～房間沒有提前打電話通知酒店要安排臨近。攜程沒有備註的地方，這個應該加上，否則酒店看不見的。酒店沒有小童洗漱用品，衹有拖鞋。可以改善下。
采悦軒餐廳味道還是可以，快下班了，服務真的差點意思，給打了九折表示歉意。房間住的還可以。花灑水量一般，房間面積可以。早餐比較豐盛，芝士蛋糕和麪包都做的還行。

酒店很豪華，早餐很好，服務熱情，房間很大，前台給的是高樓層的房間，可以看到琅琊山，交通也很方便，到琅琊山打車衹要10幾元夠了，圖中早餐師傅很熱情，羊雜粉絲好吃，總體五星好評！
