從網上查了看的這個酒店性價比還挺高，但是開始看評論還挺擔心不知道咋樣，由於酒店離景區確實很近還是訂的這裏，不過進來之後顧慮就完全沒有了，能看出來酒店的工作人員非常盡心，房間也很乾凈，我們帶着孩子還給贈了酸奶，各個部門都很熱心，非常滿意，以後還會在來的

跟朋友來溢泉湖玩，風景非常好，酒店就在湖邊上很近，工作人員很熱情，房間挺乾淨的，晚上還有燒烤還能唱歌，很棒！！！

凌晨冒雨到達嵩景樓酒店，前台很貼心，考慮到我們從石家莊遠道而來，免費給升級到了套房，絕對的暖心！服務周到，好評！酒店環境也相當棒，意想不到能在磁縣找到這樣一家風景優美的園林酒店，以後日常度假也可以到這裏來了^_^

酒店位置好，位於溢泉湖度假村內，出大門就是溢泉湖，吃飯娛樂遊玩很方便。前台接待服務很好很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，還專門贈送了酸奶。有獨立的停車場，免費停車。早上起來空氣清新，風景秀麗，到處都是鬱鬱葱葱的，心情非常愉悦，下次還會過來。

特別強調5.2日辦理入住問題，有個前廳大堂經理？一個女性，一整個喪氣臉，還好意思説自己是經理，，話説經理就是豪橫一點！

很長時間沒住過這麼差的酒店了，標榜自己是四星的，主要考慮離北朝考古博物館不遠。
1. 服務：入住走進大堂看見三位工作人員聊天正歡，直到我在前台站好，她們才從閑聊中回神兒，説了句你好。接着問我“訂的單間還是標間？”“**訂的還是攜程訂的？”你們酒店預訂系統裏什麼都看不見啊？之後又莫名其妙的要給我換大床房，沒同意，直接從桌上拿了張早就做好的房卡給我。
早餐時候服務員站在菜品旁邊直接打噴嚏，也不戴口罩。
2. 衞生：極臟，地面垃圾、頭髮很多，房頂也很臟，沒有衣櫃，所有衣架都是一層土。馬桶一圈長期不洗刷的黃漬。
3. 設施：跟網上宣傳圖片相差甚遠。設施老舊、破爛、損壞，衞生間乾濕不分離，房間沒有無線網，得借別的屋子的，網速奇差。電視看不了，遙控器電池全出湯兒了。衞生間的鏡子是用四個膠條兒粘的兩個角，沒有浴帽、刮鬍刀、棉簽、化粧鏡，淋浴的地方也沒有置物架。毛巾發黃、有味兒。
4. 外部院子環境很好，停車方便，適合散步遛彎兒。房間足夠大，但隔音極差，旁邊宴會廳晚上音響和説話聲音極大，門窗都不隔音，房間門特別單薄，關不嚴，露一條大縫直接能看到走廊。
5. 不懂這個四星是什麼標準評上的，使用了什麼技術手段。不建議大家選擇這裏。

這家酒店環境位置都不錯，就是房間太舊，尤其是衞生間，洗個澡水都滿出來了，衹能湊合沖一沖澡，如果不考慮房間的話值得入住，緊鄰磁泉湖風景美。

酒店環境特別好，一個大花園，衞生乾淨整潔。房間空間大，就是設施比較老。再一個就是見不到服務員，服務跟不上。早餐很失望，跟酒店整體環境不匹配。
