Very disappointed stay! First we enter the room and open the toilet, the whole room is full of smoking and public toilet smell!! Even we spray a lot room fresheners, no help! Not mention we got a kid. I wanna vomit also. And they are self help check in / out, no service at all.

Not much to expect from a standard business hotel, but this was disappointing. The self-check-in machine is not intuitive at all, didn't recognize my passport. The laundry machines have a password protection function that isn't explained in English in the instructions. When I returned to the front desk to ask for instructions, five staff members were working on a single problem and didn't serve the new guests arriving for check-in. Once I was in line, I was ignored. Terrible service. Never again.

快捷酒店，位置特別好，神户三宮出來大概4分鐘， 拿着行李也不會很費力。 房間在神户面積也算可以，行李箱可以攤在地上，很整潔，二樓有全天免費飲料，和下午免費甜品。
住了兩天，第二天出門的時候掛了勿擾，晚上回來發現服務員掛了一袋更換的浴巾毛巾，細節也很優秀了。 不過感覺有一點房間可能是新裝修，有點味道。 路邊招牌雖然很大，但是入口還是有點不好分辨。

離三宮站很方便，步行7-10分鐘吧。周邊步行就到商業圈，雙床房房間挺大的，房間還有化粧燈，nice！自助辦理入住及退房很方便，就是樓層有點多，早上出門需要避開9.30-10點退房集中段時間，除此以外都很滿意，下次來神户還會考慮入住。

訂房時看飯店照片有點擔心，但實際入住非常滿意，地點離三宮站非常近，逛街購物去景點都超方便。房間舒適乾淨，整天都有飲料吧可享用，下午還有神戶甜甜圈，真的很貼心。
