good location very close to buckingham palace and westminster
room space is fair but overall very neat and tidy
however not all sockets in the room works and the showering gel was not refilled

位置很不錯，説離白金漢宮五分鐘是謙虛了，實際上就離幾十米，離地鐵站也挺近的，在市區內算是交通方便、環境不太嘈雜、感覺安全、周邊有超市和辦公的真實氣息的完美結合了；一個經理非常發自內心的熱情服務，其他服務員有點敷衍的客氣，但整體服務需求都響應得不錯；房間是真的小，尤其是走廊很逼仄，但大概也算一分錢一分貨了。

Great little hotel. We stayed for one night when visiting the theatre on my partners birthday. Front of house staff, Jason and Lawrence were amazing – from decorating the bed with balloons and a handwritten birthday card, to a bottle of chilled Prosecco in our room, a glass of bubbly in the evening, and their lovely banter. Room was modern and very clean, bath products were Molton Brown, little kitchenette was helpful to make a cup of tea.
