"Location was good, close to where I needed to be. Hotel was nice, no funky smells. I don't know whose bright idea it was to install rubber floor tile, but they missed the mark by a mile. And if it's NOT rubber, they are REALLY bad! Those type of floors NEED attention at LEAST once a week, if not more. My floor was sticky with God only knows what. I had knocked over a cup of water, and obviously, got a towel to wipe it up. The towel looked like I had wiped up the parking lot!! NASTY!! It had been quite a while since anyone hit it with a mop. Told them at the desk and got the usual glazed-over stare, TWICE! It IS 2024, maybe my expectations are too high? I would probably stay again, but in my travels there, I found 8 other motels that were just as close, if not closer to where I was going. Probably cheaper too. Oh yea, and any room on the south side of the building, bring ear plugs!! SUPER noisy, traffic starts about 0430."

"House maids were fantastic they made sure we had clean towels every morning to clean u room if it needed it. They front desk lady saved my ass from my. Kids breaking the TV (which I paid for) anyways the manager was nice. And the rooms were good size they are nice there is even smoking rooms. I haven't been to a motel that let u smoke in the rooms for a long time.. but they were decent I would recommend this place for families that have little kids to because they have a kiddie pool for ur little one nice n clean.. thanks"

Jessica is super welcoming us at the check- in also pay attention on our requests.The man at the check out next morning is polite & bright attitudes person ( Forgot to look at his name) We stay a night (Aug 27th ) for Rainbow spring park also visit our family in the next town.Impress with service , bed is so comfy , smell of this place is real nice.Breakfast is great so we enjoyed it also many to choose from.Highly recommended for high quality service & price is decent.Will stay again definitely"

"Just on the high speed side. The window is very noisy, and it is ok. Health is very general, staying for one night. The first floor is still in the renovation, living on the 4th floor. There is still a touch of decoration inside. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast is on the edge of the pool, similar to most Best Wester. Free parking. The bed is big enough and hard."

This apartment is the former carriage house of the famed Kemp Estate. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery.
The two bedroom apartment is on the first floor of the Kemp Estate with the bathroom as an ensuite to the master bedroom. The apartment is about 750 square feet contains its own entrance, bathroom, bedrooms, living room/kitchen, and private deck.
The bathroom features a beautiful pebble tiled shower with a rain shower head, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.
The bedroom features a Queen sized bed, full sized closet, sound machine, iron and ironing board along with an extra pillow and blanket.
The second bedroom features a day bed with a trundle twin bed pullout, full closet, dresser, and desk.

Your dogs are welcome to their own bowls, bed, toys, couch blanket and fully fenced in back yard! You’ll love the classic Florid- sun room stocked with comfy furniture, board games and a vintage shuffleboard! The kitchen is brand spanking new and stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. Enjoy the WiFi connected TV , listen to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker or delve into the mini library. Feel free to add to the collection!
The outdoor patio is now complete and ready for your enjoyment. Couches, chairs, a propane fire pit and ambient twinkle lights will make your night in perfect. Chair cushions are located in an outdoor cupboard. The small private fully fenced yard is yours to roam as well as the larger partially fenced back yard which is shared with the owner. Please do NOT leave dogs unattended in the larger back yard, it is NOT dog proof.
I love working on this home from within the private access studio which shares a wall with the rental unit. I’ll be adding new art pieces and amenities so look for upgrades and changes ! The suite contains it's own private entrance, living room, bathroom, dining room, full kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, bedroom, and a shared backyard area.
The bathroom features a tiled showed fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.
The bedroom features a Queen sized four poster bed, armoire, antique vanity, sound machine, ceiling fan, Smart TV, along with an extra pillow and blanket.
The kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and essentials like salt/pepper, oil, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. There is a dining table for four. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the dining room as well along with an iron and ironing board. We do include a welcome gift of pastries to get you started on your first morning.
The Living Room has a queen pull out sofa bed, two sitting chairs, a large smart TV, and an antique desk with a chair.
The TV is a smart TV so bring along your login information for Hulu, Netflix, prime etc. If you don’t have a membership, each app offers free trials in addition to the other free apps on Roku and live TV tile on Roku.
The back deck offers a gas grill, outdoor dining table, 6 person hot tub, and outdoor furniture. There are two bikes available for your use as well. There is one reserved parking space provided. If another space is needed, please message me to make arrangements.
