The hotel was a convenient spot for our trip because it was close to the family we were visiting and right off the interstate. The staff was friendly and the place is nice. The only complaint I had was the smell. It smelled like mildewed carpet. The halls, the stair wells but mostly in our room. I had to keep the ac super cold, which was unpleasant, but it helped with the smell. Maybe when you change the carpet out consider laminate flooring. All the way around that’s a better option for cleanliness and trapped odors.

Great hotel for our road trip. I love that. The room has two queen beds plus the pullout sofa, just in case we have stragglers. Everything is clean and recently renovated, looking sharp. The breakfast buffet is just right.

Room was half clean. A/C made a terrible noise. Coffee maker had something growing in it. Refrigerator was so cold it blew up my can of monster.

Property was clean, staff was helpful, furniture was in excellent condition, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice! I’d definitely stay a Springhill Suites again!

Super clean! Breakfast was the best you going to get with a free hotel breakfast. It included waffles, eggs, sausage, an oatmeal bar with loads of toppings and all the usual bagels, fruit, etc. The room was huge with a pullout sofa bed it could have slept 6. My only issue was the bathroom door was frosted glass and if you had the light on in the bathroom it lit up the whole bedroom. Which is only an issue when everyone is sleeping. Otherwise, it was an absolute perfect stay. Added bonus: the pool is heated!

The property was clean and rooms very spacious. We had an issue with television and had to fix it ourselves as only one staff member at property. Staff were not very friendly or helpful in anyway.
