Everything ok but the air-con is not under maintenance. we waited for an hour for the technician to come n fix it. i hope the mnmgt should set a time frame for the technician to maintain the air-con. buffet is good. complimentary welcome drink, ice cream, fried chicken.

It was quite a good experience when staying with Vince Hotel. Every staff was very friendly and not to forget the 24 hours buggy to nearby places.
A thing to take note, you must call the WhatsApp number to request for a buggy service. Because at first we tried to write a message for the pickup service, then there’s no reply from them. Then we decided to call then the driver arrived promptly. One thing to make it easier to get to the pickup point, scan the QR code at the buggy service counter as it will direct you to the hotel website which includes a much more clearer location guide. We struggled to get to the pickup point when reading the paper map provided…
Another thing to mention is the daily morning buffet was quite good. The food selection was different every day and taste was not bad except during our last morning (21st May).

Thank you for the birthday complementary snacks and fruits, love the decorations, love the 24hrs buggy service, free Thai costumes session, free massage services. Even though it’s 2 single beds combined as king bed room but the room is spacious and quiet. Using yellow lighting for warmer vision. Overall is superb. Better than other 4 stars hotel. Highly recommended!

Very nice, clean.. Malls are all walking distance... Thank you so much for the preparation of my wife's surprise for her birthday.. Check in & check out was easy and fast.. free buggy ride , free popcorn and drinks... Will come back again... Thank you so much for the hospitality...

Hotel has upgraded since it’s has built about 7 to 8 years ago. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is decent for the price paid. Very good small perks like free massage and trying out Thai costumes for guests certainly adds more brownie points. Buggy service to main road though and fro is available for guests too. For the price and the centralised location, this hotel is highly recommended.

Very nice place that the hotel offers free breakfast, free ice cream, free massage and free Thai clothes and photo shooting services, it’s really great place to stay for first time in Bangkok!
