Liangxinyu was very kind and this hotel was recommended to me by a colleague and I made the reservation.I feel the front desk staff very friendly when checking in and the bully girl spoken English was very clear. The restaurant she recommended to me was good. The hotel lobby was decorated very luxuriously of course this experience was quite pleasant.

The newly opened hotel in Hangzhou Bay has an excellent location, very close to Century Golden Resources, quiet in the bustling city, and there are large supermarkets and many newly opened restaurants around the hotel, which is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel's front desk customer service was patient and meticulous, and took the initiative to help me when I saw that I was carrying an elderly person with difficulty walking. The room had no odor, the bedding was comfortable, the view was wide, the facilities were clean and hygienic, and the room service was also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is a good choice for family travel.

At the end of the summer vacation, I took my children to Fantawild and decided to stay because they liked the relatively new hotel. The overall environment and hygiene are very satisfactory. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to inquire about the check-in time and requirements in advance, which was very good. But I must point out the shortcomings. After checking in, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to eat at around 12:30. I asked the butler to reserve a seat in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there was no reservation. I don't know how the hotel works. The food was not served until 50 minutes after ordering. Two families who were seated at the same time couldn't wait and left early, expressing their dissatisfaction. This aspect needs to be improved in the future. The hotel is more business-like, with only a swimming pool and gym, and few facilities for children.

The Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions welcomed the 2025 Dragon Boat Festival with rain. It would be a bad idea not to go out for a walk with the kids during the holidays, so we had to choose a city closer to Hangzhou to spend the holiday. We finally found a newly opened Junlan Hotel in Cixi Hangzhou Bay New Area and decided to go and experience it. It was already past 8 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel on the Dragon Boat Festival. Xiao Zhou, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and professional. After checking in, we couldn't wait to enter the room. The Junlan brand did not disappoint us. Whether it is facilities and equipment, hotel environment or staff service, it has always maintained a stable level. During the stay, some small situations were also assisted by Miss Zhou very carefully and quickly. The only drawback of this holiday was the weather.

A huge thank you to Jett from Guest Services for their incredibly thoughtful arrangements. They proactively reached out a day before our stay to understand our needs. Upon learning we were traveling with a baby, they not only pre-booked the kids' club for us but also upgraded us to a suite. The room was even prepared with welcome fruits and a welcome toy, which were such considerate touches. Any feedback or issues we had were also addressed very promptly. The dinner service provided was excellent, featuring six dishes and a soup. Additionally, for an extra 68 RMB per person, we had the option to upgrade to the buffet dinner at the downstairs cafe, which was fantastic value!

This time I came out to play, the most fortunate thing was to choose the right hotel! When I checked in, I was amazed by the lobby. The warm light chandelier was equipped with green plants in the corner. There was no sense of excessive luxury. Instead, I walked into the warm public living room and dragged my luggage in. The fatigue of the journey was half gone. The service of the front desk lady is more heartwarming. When checking the news, she is patient and gentle. She also actively reminded us how to go to the nearby snack street, and even helped us sort out the route of the next day's attractions. It is not perfunctory to go through the process. I was more surprised when I entered the room. The room was clean and reassuring. The sheets were not wrinkled. Even the toiletries were neatly arranged and lived more comfortable than at home. The most unexpected thing is that the hotel has a table tennis room! At night, I didn't want to go out with my friends, so I went to play for a while and played for an hour, which was much more comfortable than swiping my mobile phone in the room. From the atmosphere of the lobby to the details of the guest rooms, to the intimate service and table tennis facilities that can be relaxed at any time, it is all real comfort. This is the peace of mind that travel should have. I will choose here next time!

It was the first time I went to Geely for a business trip and I booked this hotel nearby. It was quite good, with high cost performance and a very comfortable stay. The basic room I booked was also large in size and the scenery was very good. The weather was not good and I couldn't take pictures. As a chain hotel, the service is expected to be good. The breakfast is also very rich, with all kinds of colors. The rooms are also very new and the facilities are well maintained. It is a very attentive hotel.

Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing. Some points that I'm not very satisfied with: 1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers. 2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves. 3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it. Other things are pretty satisfactory.
