I booked 5 rooms for a family celebration. When entering two of the rooms, there were already occupants in the rooms. Front desk was not diligent when assigning the rooms. I can't imagine how the people in those rooms felt when someone walked in. I also had to remind him that one room was booked for two nights and he had to redo the billing. Also, even thought breakfast was included, there was no breakfast available during the designated hours.
Since I was alone on my second night, I did not feel safe. I left the hotel, even though I had paid for the night.

There were no hand or bath soap. And we did not like the beige sheet directly on our body, not sure il was used before for someone else and not changed after use

The floors clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. Stray hair ties and other debris all over the floor. The toilet made a screaming noise for about a minute until the tank filled again and there is obvious water damage around the ceiling in the bathroom. On the bright side, the sheets looked as a smelled clean and the telemarketing were the same. An okay place to stay of your looking for inexpensive and don't take off your shoes until you go to bed.

The hotel staff are amazing, kind and accommodating.
The pool looks good.
Poor quality of the breakfast food.
The rooms should be renovated. Only the carpet was changed.
The furniture items are very old.

One of the best of Best Western in my experiences. Staff are friendly and polite, the room is clean and maintained well, also the location is good for access.

Pool heater broken. Not known till check in.
Hot tub advertised but no longer functional -- claims to be a kiddie pool now but too deep for kiddies.
Outdoor pool equipment area view from inside is unattractive.
Staff was good and breakfast offered good choices. Cook was very pleasant. Disappointed with pool/hot tub issues because really needed to destress and chose this site specifically for those amenities!

We liked that the bed was remade when we got back to our room and we had fresh towels and washclothes.
We didn't like that the advertised room with a jetted tub did have one but it didn't work. The faucets in the tub were loose and the tub faucet dripped all the while we were there. (The shower was fine though.) It needs some maintenance done.
