I like that they didn’t gouge you if you’re traveling with a pet but the room smelled like old stale cigarettes and getting any hot water to shower took forever

The staff was nice and friendly. The location was also terrific. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that my shower didn't have warm water (room 115). It was too early to call the front desk (I didn't want to disturb them), and I am naturally outdoorsy, so I washed my hair in the sink. No biggie.
I would definitely stay here again. The staff is so kind and professional and the room is clean and comfortable.

We stayed one night in a double queen bed room. The room was very clean with a refrigerator and microwave, not always the case. The man at the front desk was very considerate and helpful. The outside area was clean and well lit. On the bad side, the road noise was a little loud at times from the semi's.

This motel is fairly close to the Katy Trail. The ride from the property was easy. It is a nice place to stay and the owners have good systems for checkin. Very decent. I would stay again.

Wonderfully big rooms, clean, double sinks.. all good!
One suggestion- would be great to have recliner in the room.

Room was VERY Clean, Beds were Comfy, I like that there was an option of a firm pillow and a flat pillow. The Whole Hotel from the parking lot to the lobby were super clean, never seen any trash outside on the grounds at all. I was pleasantly surprised how quit the room was as the location of the Hotel is on the main road of the town of Clinton. Breakfast was the same things I would eat at my own home. The only thing is the bathtub drained slow. If I have to stay again in Clinton I will stay here again. The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and greeted me in the morning at breakfast time.

Greeted promptly at front desk. Room was large and clean. Beds comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in room which we like. Breakfast was disappointing to us. Waffles and prepackaged items available. Hotel room entrances are outside. Close to highway which can be busy and noisy. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable for our one night stay.

We experienced some bugs in one of the beds in the middle of the night. Not for certain but they sure looked like bed bugs. Thankful we had the suite with three beds so we abandon that bed.
TV did not work. Someone from office came and fumbled around and said it had to be reprogrammed. Since it was 8 at night we told them to forget it. All things should be in working order before guest arrive
