A true gem in downtown CDA. The owners and staff go out of there way to ensure a comfortable stay. Located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, parks and shopping.

LOVE this B and B. Cozy, kind staff, safe, great location. Dry sauna and hot tub are lovely.

Beautiful historic school house only a few blocks from downtown. Tina is a wonderful host and has done a great job with her B&B. And she’s a great cook as well. Eggs, bacon, sausage and an apple sauce pancake. I did not have time to enjoy the indoor sauna or hot tub but it looked inviting. Maybe next time.

Great stay and very personable staff. Great location and easy accessibility, especially for the price. Would stay again. Their “world famous” cookies were to die for also!

Great place, we appreciated the good breakfast too. Very convenient to downtown CDA! Restaurants, shops bars all easy walk, as is the lake and the Tubbs Hill hike and beach/lake access.

It was a very charming property in a great location. Close proximity to downtown, the waterfront, walking paths and several pubs/restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for our wedding night. It was lovely! The decor, the ambiance, it was all beautiful! Location was great too as it was walking distance to our venue and celebratory locations after. The staff was super helpful, and truly wanted our stay to be perfect. The ground were beautiful!! And the yard games were a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

The best make-a-memory stay EVER! The beauty of this property is beyond description- the service and breakfast outstanding! The decor is fabulous- you feel like a part of history. The owner will tell you “the story” of this schoolhouse- now an amazing B & B.

This is a charming bed and breakfast in a great location...nice breakfast and beautiful grounds...if they are full it can be a little noisy...the Chocolate Chip cookies you get at check in are amazing!!
