Excellent place in a strategic position to visit the Gulf of Tigullio, but also the entire eastern coast. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, spectacular views from the terrace with whirlpool. Particular attention to sustainability, with the distributor of still and sparkling water. Special thanks to Fulvio, attentive and helpful patron.

Our experience with the structure and in particular with Mr. Fulvio immediately started badly, when to our request to leave our bags before check-in he responded in a grumpy way, underlining 10 times that the room would not be ready, when we clearly had no intention of occupying it. Upon our arrival, upon a completely friendly joke about the narrow road that leads to the structure, he responded equally badly, saying that if we wanted Liguria, that was it. Then we asked for the fridge as it was indicated in the room services (even together with the microwave) and he replied that it was there, underlining however that it was not allowed to eat in the structure. We also booked the holiday relying on the possibility of being able to eat in the facility (with a fridge and a microwave available!!), so we politely replied that eating out every day is not feasible for anyone, and he replied: " Why not? A couple here has been eating out every day for the past 15 days." After doing the shopping and confirming the presence of the fridge, we discover that the fridge is there, but it is reserved for storing food for breakfast. We were still able to fix a few things, and he passed it off as a good-hearted gesture when it was a declared service. We never understood why he was always friendly to others while he barely spoke to us the entire holiday, and we also saw that he even let a couple use the freezer (but they were his friends, so obviously it was fine ). What disgusted us most were his totally gratuitous comments on our living habits, complete with "Well, but you're young, you live", underlining that we've used the Jacuzzi in the room more than anyone else since it opened, as if it were a problem. This also made us understand that the gentleman could perfectly hear what was happening in the room, which is understandable given that he lives on the other side of the wall and that the bathtub is noisy, but at least maintain the illusion! (Although in theory these structures should be soundproofed, but that's fine too.) He also added that we didn't even use the outdoor hot tub, to our response about how it smelled like mud and the presence of sand at the bottom, instead of apologizing and accepting criticism to improve he replied that it was normal. I have had many hydromassages, never seen sand. He also alluded to how we didn't like it because "there are people", tacky to say the least. The room is beautiful despite the medieval paintings depicting scenes of people impaled by swords and the unsuitable bedside tables as they are too high, with office lamps that look like headlights instead of night lamps. The problem is that instead of taking our stay in the room as a compliment, the gentleman was offended because he wanted to be blamed for the

Fulvio is a wonderful person, very kind and helpful, attentive to cleanliness and to every little detail. The rooms are beautiful, very fragrant and with very spacious bathrooms. Very hearty breakfast and breathtaking view, absolutely recommended! I'll be back!

I absolutely recommend this beautiful B&B: the care of the guest for Fulvio who is the owner is sacred, the location offers a breathtaking landscape and a terrace with sea view equipped with a Jacuzzi complete the work. At dusk, taking a bath this season at 38 °, perhaps in company and with a glass of bergamot is priceless. Fulvio is very kind, the breakfast is plentiful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I absolutely recommend!
