Absolutely terrible dark dingy dirty staircase you be a mountain lion to climb the staircase There is no lift available and you find the staircase. It’s very steep and wind around on itself so if you’ve got a heavy case, it’s gonna be very difficult for you and your families to get into one of the top rooms. The way which the so-called hotel has a so-called in a very loose term it’s very poor very dated and all you gotta do is look at the photos and explain to you. Honestly, give this a wide birth. Find something better if only for your mental health.

We've booked and payed for 3 guests but were given a room with beds for 2 people. Sure, after an exposition the hotel brought the missing bed but they expected us to put the bed linen in place - so we did. We've had to remind that a third set of towels was still missing. Finally we waived the third "welcome package" (soap and so on).
The bathroom smelled strongly and unbearable of mildew.
The road was basically load of traffic all night long.
The breakfast was expensive and did not offer much was the money.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.

Very friendly service. Very accommodating for an English-only American. The room was warm and quiet. The restaurant was amazing. Good location and easy to get to.

Prix de 74 ald 69 via booking, chambre allouée n°7, peu reluisante, carrelage cassé sdb, plancher défectueux centre de la pièce, odeur humidité, peinture dégénères avec le temps, besoin de rafraîchissement, petit déjeuner ne correspondant pas au prix demandé, 12€ la personne, chambre et déjeuner devant etre réglé le soir du 13 et le petit-déjeuner réclamé une 2ème fois le 14 au depot de la clef, quelle frustration et non chalance du personnel le 13 au soir, non remise du ticket tva, A DECONSEILLER

La totalité de la chambre est décevant autant concernant la propreté (moisissures, poussières, pétales en forme de coeur restant de la Saint Valentin 2023...) que le confort (matelats inconfortables, lit d'appoint inconfortable...).
L'isolation sonore est inexistante puisque nous avons entendu le bébé de la chambre d'à côté pleurer toute la nuit.
Seul l'extérieur est charmant d'où notre déception concernant la qualité des services car le personnel n'a pas été accueillant.
Heureusement, il y a netflix !!!

Nous avons séjourné du 30 au 2 octobre dans un but professionnel. Malgré les avis, nous avons décidé de réserver une chambre dans cet hotel. Même si c’était juste pour dormir, mais il y a un minimum à respecter. Nous étions dans la chambre 10. Point négatif : La literie n’est vraiment pas confortable, une odeur d’humidité, le store défectueux avec un jour qui laisse passer la lumière et le bruit des voitures obligatoirement ajoutez à cela les 3 spots au dessus de ma tête. Les murs de la chambre sont très fin et donc on entendait tout et pour couronner le tout, j’ai souhaité prendre un bon bain chaud après une grosse journée de travail mais l’écoulement peine et l’eau fût froide au bout de quelques minutes. Exit la détente pour laisser place à la douche. Point positif : le wifi et Netfix sont disponible même si je n’ai pas eu le temps de m’attarder sur la tv. Par dessus tout, la cuisine est excellente ! Le temps d’attente pour être servi est assez long (30-40min) mais ça vaut le coup d’attendre. La carbonade flamande est délicieuse et le personnel est gentil. Nous sommes reparti déçu et peu reposé. Les photos laissez présager une rénovation moderne mais ce n’est qu’un écran de fumé. Il y aurait encore d’autres point négatif à soulever mais à quoi bon…
