The location of the hotel, so close to the airport, was perfect. The staff was polite, warm, patient and helpful.
The room overall was fine, but small details need attention - some lamps not working, the shower head was very outdated and water pressure weak, the comforter had a make-up stain. The room was carpeted and hotel carpets are never trustworthy. The room doesn’t provide slippers, so pack your own.
The mattresses and pillows are very soft! Just a note for anyone who might prefer a firmer bed.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings. I’m gluten-free and it was easy to have a filling breakfast from what they provided. The morning breakfast staff was really nice and the dining area was pleasant. The parking area was gated and secure.
If I was judging this hotel based on the personalities of the people who work there, it’d be perfect. But small details and cleanliness in the room need attention.

Our overall stay was good, everything was clean. The only issues I had was my kids didn’t get the opportunity to go swimming because a group of people were having a small gathering drinking alcohol, etc and they the ac/heat unit made a lot of weird noises like it was about to shut down.

My confirmed room wasn’t available. My rate went up and I only had one bed when I booked for two. Plus above the kitchen my whole room smelled like grilled meats, like a burger joint

Yolanda was so kind to my 19-yr-old college student whose flight was canceled for over 24 hours due to weather conditions. It was such a comfort for me as a mom to know that there was over and above care given to my daughter. Thank you, Yolanda!

there are apparently two hilton garden inns at the airport, one called "north" and one called "south" went to the wrong one, and the desk agent was not helpful in getting me to the right place. he was reluctant to check the reservation at the other hotel, but finally called them. once it was determined that i was at the wrong one, he offered zero help in getting me there, although it is only two miles away. it cost me additional time and trouble and dollars to get an uber to take me there after midnight.

Front desk attendant at check in wasn't very talkative or friendly. They didn't have enough towels in the room for our four person reservation, and the heater in the room made creaking noises all night between cycles. It was a nice and clean facility, but With no free parking and no free breakfast, I was less than full satisfied. I guess I expected more from a Hilton branded hotel.

The heater in my room blew cold air, the heater fan made lots of noise, it was a roach in the shower and me and my child got sick because we had no heat.

It took several hours for the shuttle. I called three times and no one told me I had to take two shuttl. Communication was very poor when trying to get answers. I’m from out of town how would I know I have to take two shuttles to the hotel.

Excellent one night stay...the hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained....Customer service was great....I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta....
