Beautiful hotel. Stayed only 1 night for a Campus tour. Loved to see A&M logo everywhere. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable answering all the questions we had. The room was a little dusty and shower had some corners that needed to be clean as well as room service left behind the plastic bag of a 4 pack Walmart toilet paper by the coffee machine, other than that it was fine. Our room faced the parking lot but still could see the campus and part of the city so it was pretty. They provided us with ear plugs for the train sound but honestly I did only heard it twice during the night but if you are a light sleeper, it might be difficult to sleep since the staff said the train passes by very often. Parking fee per night is $15 but considering other hotels charge $50-$70 per night. We were glad to pay $15 since restaurants and shops were around 5-10 min drive.

One of our favorite hotels not only in College Station but in general that we keep going back to.. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice sized bathrooms, strong showers, great location, beautiful pool area, restaurant and cafe on-site. 10 out of 10

Hotel was great. Room was clean and well appointed. Our room faced the train, but we sleep with a sound machine so it wasn’t a problem

I wish I loved staying here. It’s convenient and nice and pet friendly. But the train is too loud to get a good night sleep. And the hotel nickels and dines for everything. It’s frankly not worth the money. It’s loud. I didn’t sleep. Game day weekend would be OK because I expect it to be loud. But this was a random weekend in February. I should’ve been able to sleep.

Very friendly and courteous staff; very friendly and clean. Got shareable appetizers at the in-house Block-T Bar and Grill during the Super Bowl. Great portions and a good price!

Loved everything about it but giving 4 stars due to not receiving housekeeping during our stay.

Logan, one of the assistant managers, provided excellent customer service! We encountered small hiccup on the morning that we were leaving & spoke to Logan to share & he immediately addressed it. He resolved the issue & exceeded all expectations. We are very pleased. We would definitely come back to stay if we are in the area again. Their hotels rooms are always very clean too.

My only complaint is the noise of trains passing by and the loud whistling NOISE that they make as they pass the area. Could not sleep well because of that after a long drive to get to the Texas A&M for a tour.

Service was great. When I was ready to have my luggage taken down to my car the gentleman that came to the room was the nicest and most helpful person i have been around in a long time. Always concerned about guests comfort, exceeded my expectations

The A&M Hotel & Conference Center is where we always stay when visiting our Aggie. It is consistent and outstanding in customer service, friendliness, cleanliness and overall quality.

Hallway was very loud, I could hear people’s conversations very loudly in my room. Not a good place if you are looking for a good night rest.

Very comfortable room and everything was clean and nice. We will definitely stay there again!!

Unless you are going to a sporting event or conference that is walking distance from here, there is no reason to stay here. $15/day to park in a garage next door, trains running what sounds like outside your window at all hours. Place is very nice but we checked out after one night and found another hotel. I guess they know the noise is bad because they give you ear plugs in the room.
