We stayed in a "newly renovated room" on the 2nd floor which was clean and even had that new carpet smell. It was so newly renovated that none of our lamps had light bulbs.
However despite being newly renovated, it was the LOUDEST hotel room I've ever stayed in. Any running water in adjacent or in the rooms above, such as showers or toilet flushes were like the fixtures were running in our room. Also, we could hear EVERY single footstep from the floor above us and the hallway. Keep in mind this was not people partying or stomping. This was floor board creaking like an old barn or something.

Even though room wasn't quite ready to we arrived to check-in, we were actually about 240pm when check-in time is 3pm. Front desk was very helpful and when we came back about 10 minutes later he assured us the room was cleaned and inspected. Very professional on his part.

They are going Thu a renovation, I didn't know this when I booked. The room I had looked brand new without that new carpet glue smell. It was great. Very roomy and plenty of outlets all over for electrical stuff. Bath as well very clean and very roomy it's mt

Friendly staff at check in and free bottled water. Property is under renovation so some areas closed. Neither tv in the room worked but I wasn’t too interested in investigating so it might be nothing. Beds seem a little firm.

Hotel was under construction ********** did not alert us to that first room we received was not cleaned. Remedied quickly with a new room after that stay was fine.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub it also had free breakfast,when we arrived the hotel is under construction and there is no pool or hot tub and there is no dining room or breakfast. I do not understand how you can charge me 205.00 for a room with all these things wrong and when I asked for some discount because of this the clerk refused

This was a bate and switch overpriced for what you got. The lobby was under construction with dust and debris everywhere even in the elevator. None of the amenities were available including breakfast. I chose this over other hotels and paid the premium for the amenities and a decent breakfast and they did not tell you upfront with no refund available. Very dishonest. Go somewhere else

I was not informed that hotel was under construction until I got there. So pool down and kitchen down. That should have cut down on cost of room when I didn’t get all amenities! Last time I will stay at that hotel!
