I wanted to send this feedback in confidence rather than writing a tripadvisor review or similar but couldn’t find a feedback email on the website. We absolutely adore the hotel, staff and experience and have a wonderful time each time! But there are a few things which could make it even more fantastic and I’d like to share, as we visit several times a year. Firstly, please, please can you offer more diverse salads on your lunch/pool menu at starfish? All that’s currently available is a ‘vegetable’ and ‘Caesar’ salad which are boring and uninspiring. What about some proper sunshine vegetables! Fresh peppers, courgettes, local greens, grilled fish or prawns, avocado, broccoli, salad..please! Secondly, kids club, please please invest in this as it’s not currently a fulfilling place for the kids: thank you! We love coming, these are small elements in our experience which could make it so much better. We look forward to returning soon!!

Currently enjoying our last day of a fabulous stay. From the moment you arrive every member of staff have gone beyond our expectations. The suites are huge and have everything you could possibly need and more. Breakfast at Olive is a wonderful way to start the day. The evening themed buffet at NAO are a great experience. We are sad to leave but have booked to return in October, this is the first time we have booked to come back to the same hotel but I don’t think we could find a truly 5* that compares.

Just wrapping up a stay at Royal Hideaway Corales Suites which has been lovely. A very quick transfer from Tenerife Sur Airport, useful as our pre-booked transfer wasn’t able to collect us due to a long delay with our flight and hence, we took a taxi. Our room is a 2 bedroom villa, with private pool. This is genuinely great, tons of space, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge area and a wonderful outside area with a lovely pool. The latter is very safe for kids as a consistent depth, but also large enough for adults to swim. We picked our room before coming, a small surcharge but allowed us to get a quiet corner room that isn’t overlooked and we could see on the plan that the pools in the end rooms are larger. Food at the hotel has been great, a decent room service menu and good choices at the two restaurants that accommodate children, but there are also some very nice restaurants a short walk away, and a couple of small supermarkets. All of the staff have been great, standards of service are very high. What would we improve? It misses a decent bar (unless you are in the adult only section), there are a few tables at the Starfish pool bar, but it needs something more expansive. Overall though a fabulous hotel and highly recommended.

The hotel, facilities and staff are all excellent. The rooms are very spacious and serviced twice a day. The staff especially are very attentive, friendly and courteous, The restaurants are top class and I would recommend to anyone who wants a top level experience.

We had a very lovely stay here! The location is perfect, walkable to La Caleta and a beach. Thank you to Dennis from valet for the warm welcoming, and very friendly reception team. Our room was well appointed, having our own washer/dryer during a two week long trip in Europe (with soap provided!) was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable. Our balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean, we loved having our morning coffee/sunset drink there. Their pools are great, never too crowded, easy to order drinks, had SPF and mineral sprays available. Food was outstanding here. Usually I don't look forward to hotel food at all, but this place blew me away. Breakfast buffet was worth every penny, prosecco bar and Spanish ham station and everything else you could think of. We loved sitting outside eating our breakfast while listening to the waves. Justyna and the rest of the team always welcomed us with a big smile every morning. The Italian restaurant at night served very good quality pizza and pasta. The cocktails we had by the pool was top notch. And of course, any foodie should try their Michelin two starred restaurant. Their dinner was the highlight of our entire Tenerife trip! Overall we had an amazing stay here, we stayed at another more expensive resort in the area but still found this place to be better as a whole.

It is not often that a hotel exceeds expectations and all the reviews read prior to your holiday are accurate but Royal Hideaway Corales Suites is the exception! From the minute you enter this wonderful hotel until the minute you leave you will be assured of the upmost professionalism and friendliness of all staff. The comfort of the rooms, the views and the amazing breakfast are second to none. We can’t wait to return!

Just returned from a 6 night stay and wanted to make a special mention for the amazing Justyna and the team at the Olivia restaurant. The breakfast was superb in a totally stunning location. It was a pleasure heading down to the Olivia each morning with such a wonderful selection on offer with perfect service. Would highly recommend making this a part of your stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Suites.

From arrival to departure everything about this hotel is luxurious and perfect. The staff can’t do enough for you and the rooms are immaculate. We never had to wait g do or a spot by the pool or a table for eating, the food is also excellent. We will definitely come back.
