I booked all of our rooms and stay thru *******. Marriott Walnut Creek charged us for an extra room and tried to say ******* did not pay them. The Manager Eliana was very rude and unprofessional. I had to pull up my confirmation form *******.
After 2 hours they finally reversed the charges and said it will take 5 business days to receive. Marriott Walnut Creek Management and Front desk need training. They did same to my employees staying there the next day. Charged 600.00 on incidemtals and an extra room charge. Still disputing with them.
Leticia was great, she should be manager as she is very helpful. The others should be sent to trading.
We’re now staying at Napa Marriot and driving an extra 45 minutes to job site and all is smooth.
