Dei Balzi Dimore di Charme

I absolutely recommend Dei Balzi as accommodation for a holiday in the Itria Valley. Conversano is a beautiful city, very lively in the evening and well connected. Dei Balzi is located right in the center of the town and the rooms are soundproofed to guarantee guests peace of mind. The Alloro suite is very beautiful and spacious, as well as very clean. Several parking possibilities nearby. On August evenings, during our stay, we had to walk around for a few minutes to find a parking space, but in the end we always found it near the hotel.

Cozy and elegant structure in the historic center of Conversano. Owner very attentive to our needs, we really enjoyed our two-day stay in Puglia. Room cleaning excellent. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional accommodation for those who like us want to visit Polignano a Mare and Conversano itself. This bed and breakfast is a real jewel... Building dating back to the 1800s renovated and equipped with all comforts, clean with attention to detail, spacious and not too expensive. Breakfast included at the bar in the adjacent courtyard was super appreciated!

The Balzi residence in Conversano is a real jewel in the historic center of the beautiful city. The Lavanda room, located on the second floor, is spacious, comfortable and quiet, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Cleaning is impeccable! Good breakfast served in a bar a few steps from the hotel, excellent products and kindness from the staff. Annalisa, the owner, is an excellent host, very kind and available even before our arrival. I highly recommend the Dimora dei Balzi to anyone who wants to stay in Conversano!

I stayed towards the end of July for just one night, Conversano is a nice village and the structure is located near the castle; the car parks are nearby but for a fee until the evening, if nothing else the road is not long to get to the hotel. The structure is nice, a pity about the rather steep and narrow stairs (for us who had important luggage that was not very easy to say!) The very kind owner helped us and showed us the room and the kitchen (we were able to use the freezer for our ice cubes from the fridge bag!) in which, however, unfortunately they have not served breakfast since Covid; however, we were given a voucher which includes an Italian breakfast in a bar a short walk from the hotel. (breakfast with hood, croissant and I added a juice). For me, as I love having breakfast in hotels, this was the only real flaw, but I understand the current difficulties, and given the limited space in the common area, it was an understandable choice. Our room, a junior suite, was very nice, comfortable, charming, well furnished and spacious. The right big bathroom, comfortable shower. We had an alcove with a sofa that was comfortable for leaving luggage that would not get in the way of walking around the sleeping area divided by a wall. Comfortable bed and good sleep, considering that the village is not very busy, so a very quiet area. Air conditioning definitely appreciated given the heat of those days! Furthermore, just a few km from Polignano, it was convenient for us to continue our tour of Puglia from here the next morning. Advised !!!

In una cornice deliziosa, Dimora dei Balzi è un'esperienza da provare. Accoglienza unica, camere arredate con gusto, attenzione all'ospite impagabile, ci si sente coccolati e curati. Anche la colazione al bar vicino è suggestiva. Bellissima Conversano e grazie alla padrona di casa! Voto 10 e lode!
