The worst hotel I ever stay in. It very dirty, they have a bug problem. Bath towels were dirty and not clean. The hotel smell like cigarettes smoked very bad, there nothing clean about the hotel and very noisy thought out the night. I won’t ever come back and I would never recommend anybody else to stay there

Cheap coffee maker in room.
Tiny toilets!!!
Restaurant lacks selection and service is very slow, possibly due to understaffing.
Parking is located further from door than I prefer.

There were roaches everywhere in the rooms. The staff was very rude and said "a couple bugs won't hurt you" just overall a nasty environment would not ever recommend

Stayed overnight on our way to Chattanooga and checked in pretty late. Requested a non-smoking room but the whole hallway the room was in smelled like cigarette smoke. Found several bugs crawling around in the room which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Needless to say we left as early as possible.

Found roaches and bedbugs on the first night, wouldn't be horrible if they were able to deal with the pests.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in
There was never any room service or cleaning of the rooms after each day
It was alots very dirty and had roaches. We tried reaching out to someone but havent heard anything back. We need to fix this bad experience with me cause I'm going to turn them into the code force/health department.

Stay was OK for the night. Top lock on my door was broken off. My bathroom light went out the morning of checkout, when I told the staff at checkout they only said "oh okay" Staff was not great. My hallway (4th floor) also reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was nice and the place was fairly clean, though.
