Ottimo hotel con colazione a buffet ad ampia scelta di salati e dolci. La vera sorpresa è il ristorante che per soli 13 euro ti offre un menù del giorno per pranzo e per cena con primo, secondo, dessert e bevanda con scelta tra una dozzina di proposte. Cibo genuino e ben curato. Essendo l’hotel dotato di piscina non dimenticate il costume da bagno!

We visited Cordova on July 03-04, 2023 and upon exiting the garage the metal gate was inadvertently closed damaging the left doors and door handle of the rented vehicle. Everything went well with the local management until we submitted the charges on the damages to the rental vehicle; until now we haven’t been refunded on the damages whatsoever. This an ALERT to visitors to this Hotel that there is a potential risk at the garage with the metal gate in that if any damages are incurred, Hotel management will not cover the expense.

The breakfasts are shameful. The bar is useless, the meals are scarce and vegetables and minimal proteins, bad coffee. The room on the 2nd floor, bad: very small (nothing to do with the photos they put), with a constant noise of motors, (I asked for a change and they haven't even answered me for 3 days), a small window whose blinds don't work and overlooks a mini interior patio (the ventilation of the room is complicated), the bath gel is scarce, there is nothing in the shower tray to put the toiletries that you bring, there is no space to have a half-open suitcase, the towels Supposedly white, some yellowish, others grayish, the hallway of the rooms: one part hot and the other very cold, the cleaning: the 1st day seemed fine, they came to fix the hanger inside the shower tray, where the marks were marked shoes and today, after coming to clean, they are still there. The TV in the room does not work, there is no refrigerator, not a piece of paper with the WiFi or a map of the surroundings, or any explanation of hotel service schedules, 1 elevator and we were 100 people. A disaster.

Despite being an old hotel, the rooms were well equipped, good cleanliness and the food was well served, well prepared and delicious. We were in a group of imserso and all the diners at our table had the same opinion.

Hello everyone, I'll explain a little about my experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the location is not bad, close to places of interest. Although returning at night is somewhat dangerous. On the other hand, they sell you that it is a 3-star hotel and it is not at all. It is an old hotel, the pool was very dirty, I couldn't even swim, which in the heat of Córdoba I would have appreciated. I don't know if all the rooms will be the same, but mine faced the street and it was quite noisy. Besides, the A/C made a horrible noise and if you turned it on you would die of cold and if you turned it off it was incredibly hot. In short, a very bad place to rest. Another point to highlight is the staff, people with little training and very lazy. I told reception to please not call me to clean the room because I needed to rest and at 8am the cleaning lady was calling. They also told me that I could keep food and water in the fridge at the bar and they said yes, and when I went to the bar one of the waiters told me no, making me throw away the food and forcing me to buy cold water at the bar. The worst 3 star hotel I have ever been to. 90 cm bed. The air conditioning stopped every ten minutes. Two cockroaches (blonde, almost 5 cm) wandering on the floor. I have left them dead in the room for the cleaners to see. (I took photos). The bathroom made for stylized people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Small room, with a window to a mini interior patio, the furniture is old and the bed is not comfortable. Very neglected in terms of paint, needs renovation. The bathroom was renovated and was small, but correct. The worst thing about the stay is the breakfast, very low quality food.

Good morning, after spending 3 nights at the hotel I realize that it has more than enough stars. The breakfast service is sad, there was never anything, the bread or the bacon or the scrambled eggs were missing, you always had to wait a long time, one thing was replenished and another was missing, sadly. The waiter lacks hours of customer service. Oh, there was no first aid kit at reception!!!!!!! The good thing in quotes is that it was 15 minutes from the center. Greetings

I was there in June 2022, I stayed for one night. I arrived at the hotel from the bus station (located 3km) at 1:50 p.m. and I had to wait with other passengers until 2:00 p.m. (check in time), when my turn arrived (40 minutes waiting) they delivered the room. I go up and the first thing I do is turn on the air conditioning (I arrived in the middle of a heat wave with more than 40º), but it didn't work, I go to the phone on the nightstand and there was no reception number, I looked around the floor for an employee, They give me a number, they don't answer, I go down and they tell me that they had not activated the lever they operate from there to turn on the air. I go up and again it didn't work. I go down again and they tell me that I have to change rooms, they send me to one that is on a mezzanine, where the elevator does not reach, it is a short flight of stairs, no one at any time showed up to help me, I lost hours to all this and I already had a turn to enter the Mosque. I didn't even have time to open the suitcase, I had to run or lose the entrance. The room overlooked the pool, very noisy. It was spacious and comfortable. Reception staff inefficient, seemed annoyed, no empathy or kindness. I asked where there was a supermarket nearby, they told me 4 blocks away, I started walking when I doubled them and seeing that the supermarket did not appear, I asked a neighbor in the area, and he told me that the supermarket where they sent me is km away (I told him its name). He recommended another one nearby, but on the opposite side of the one they indicated to me at the hotel. I didn't think the location was so good, it's not so close to the historic center, and I don't recommend it because they have no idea how to treat a customer. It let me down.

Fui en un grupo del Imserso e indudablemente este hotel para este colectivo es recomendable, puesto que en cuestión de comidas es optimo, variada y apetecible. Las habitaciones son acogedoras, silenciosas, con calefacción y todas las comodidades que se precisan. Si el hotel es un tres estrellas el personal de recepción, limpieza, comedor y mantenimiento es un cinco estrellas, y propósito de ello, tuve un incidente con la habitación y me la cambiaron, por lo que priorizan el trato al cliente, su preocupación es que el que se hospeda en el hotel se vaya satisfecho y con mi esposa y el que suscribe lo han conseguido. Por otra parte la ubicación es apropiada ya que no esta lejos del centro, de hecho una visita guiada que hicimos partió del hotel.

Es un hotel que está muy bien en relación calidad precio, hemos estado alojados una semana y en general hemos estado muy a gusto. 📍 Ubicación cerca del centro, apenas a veinte minutos caminando junto al río para llegar a la mezquita, además hay autobuses que pasan de manera regular y tienen servicio de taxis. 🛏️ Habitación amplia, equipada con armario, mesillas de noche y escritorio, y con buena iluminación. 🚽 Baño pequeñito pero cómodo, todo muy limpio. 🥗 La comida que ofrecen está muy buena y es casera. 🥐 Desayunos tipo buffet bastante completos, con variedad de dulce y embutido para tostadas. 🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️ Personal super amable, especialmente los camareros y la dueña del hotel se portaron de manera inmejorable con nosotros, como si estuviéramos en casa. 📶 Buena conexión Wi-Fi en todo el hotel (salvo las que están más alejadas, detrás de la piscina) ♿ Accesible. 🤽🏻‍♀️ Tiene piscina. En otros aspectos generales, tiene una terraza interior super bonita (decorada con macetas) y bastante amplia, perfecta para tomar algo por la noche tranquilamente. 💃🏻Para grupos se suelen ofrecer espectáculos de flamenco que son una pasada y está muy bien de precio.

Het is een echt low budget hotel. Aan de receptie wordt geen woord engels gesproken en de bijkomende kosten voor parkeren onder het hotel komt op nog eens €15,- extra per dag en daar wordt op de booking site met geen woord over gesproken. Verder voldoet het wanneer je er maar zoals wij 2 dagen verblijft vanwege onze stedentrip naar Cordoba, maar is ook precies lang genoeg. De kamer voldeed en het sanitair was oké. Wel heel erg gehorig en geen respect voor mensen die zoals wij om 23.00 uur wilden gaan slapen, tot ongeveer 02.00 uur veel geschreeuw en kabaal van andere etages en geschuif met meubilair. Voor ons geen 2e bezoek meer aan dit hotel.
