Reserved to be a stone's throw from my son's house. After a friendly welcome, and being taken to our room, we didn't see anyone else from the stay. The room was cleaned 2 days in a row and then nothing. A bubble bath in our room which could have relaxed us never worked, a bit like central heating which sometimes is very hot and sometimes very cold. The TV with a few completely abandoned channels. Forced to go to the room in the afternoon to close the windows left open by the cleaning lady otherwise it was too cold when we arrived in the evening. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, with neighbors upstairs who are not bothersome and very noisy which is not the hotel's fault, we slept very badly. Conclusion if you come to Cork, move on, this hotel is not made for you to relax.

Deplorable conditions of the rooms. Cracked walls, stained carpets, no elevator, old furniture, urgent need of renovation. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel unless you have to sleep under a bridge. It's the worst I've ever seen in my life.
