The location is amazing right on the beach! Joan was so sweet & helpful.
The floors were so dirty & water pressure was not good at all in the shower.
You have to pay for breakfast which used to be free & everything was closed.. there pool & restaurant. But very nice place

The property was in very poor condition, messy elevators some not working, other barely large enough for the carrier and 1 or 2 people. Room door lock did not work. Common areas all smelled like disinfectants. Dining area had no staff. Definitely Not a resort, but charged a resort fee.

Tv did not work right. Delay in sound. Bathroom light did not work. No place to Hang any clothes. Girl at front desk was very nice

Tge staf that checked me in and out were very courteous and helpful. I liked that my room looked right out on the beach. It was,a nice, clean room. I did not have a closet, although others in my group did. One day when coming back in from the beach both elevators were out of service and we had to use the stairs. Which is very hard for mobility empaired guests, such as myself.

The service was great and the locations is excellent. The condition of the inside of the building needs to be improved. However, I would still stay here again.

There was a lot of renovations going on. The hot tub wasn't hot, it was warm and dirty. The pool was dirty. A lot of construction going on with elevators, dug up outside, etc. etc.

Hot tub broken. 1 elevator not working. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Sad situation. Only bonus was on the beach.

We visited during February. Granted, it was a cold weekend to visit, however, the place was under construction outside which made it look cluttered and unorganized. One of the smaller elevators on the inside was out of order, they had no more regular coffee cups, only decaf because they’re “truck order hadn’t arrived,” the walls and doors in the room needed some deep cleaning or remodeling, one of the pillars on the outside balcony had a huge hole and crack running down it, we were in the 6th floor so no other heavy weight on top thank goodness, outside windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a little bit, the iron didn’t work well it had a huge crack in it as if someone possibly dropped it, as I ironed my husbands shirt, water just poured out. Overall, I enjoyed the layout and stay but it could use some deep cleaning or remodeling as those small details stand out to me and I’m sure others who have stayed.
