Everything was perfect! the room, the breakfast, the gym and also the staff is really nice and professional. I recommend it and will stay there again when I am in the area. There is a lot to do nearby. Cycling, winery and hiking trails. Nearby lakes

This is my fourth or fifth time here. So many reasons to keep coming back. Welcoming people, great food and gym, fun mini golf. Great breakfast, nice rooms, lovely countryside. It's just a fun place to hang out and it's run to an extremely high standard.

Excellent, clean, quirky hotel out in the country between Biel and Bern. Friendly staff. Tasty, varied breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Gemütliches Hotel in einer ruhigen schönen Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genügend Parkplätze, sogar für die Velos, sind vorhanden.

Sehr freundliches Personal (Empfang, Hausdienst, Frühstücksservice). Saubere Räume. Sehr zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ruhiges Hotel mit guten Naherholungsmöglichkeiten (Naturschutzgebiet "alte Aare") in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurant Pink Flamingo sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, jeden Tag eine frische Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super reichhaltig. Zwei sehr gute Restaurants. Einziger Mangelpunkt, waren die separaten Matratzen im Doppelbett (grosser Spalt).

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec un grand lit dans l’hôtel Florida mais en arrivant nous avons eu la chambre dans l’annexe, le bâtiment s’appelle Castello qui se trouve au milieu du mini golf, du Bar, restaurant, boutique et l’accueil de l’aire de jeux. Très bruyant de 9h à 21h. On ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la chambre car il y’avait non seulement de bruit, de plus les joueurs de mini golf sur notre fenêtre de la chambre. Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Le grand lit réservé est en fait deux petits lits accolés dont les matelas ne tiennent pas à place. Surtout les matelas sont Tres fatigué et déformé. Le petit déjeuner le service dans la salle n’est pas à l’auteur d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. A 9h les plats étaient déjà vides et pas renouvelés. Ce n’est pas pas un hôtel c’est plus tôt un centre de vacances. D’ailleurs il y’a des locaux qui viennent passer la journée puisque il y’a le mini golf, boutique, restaurant et deux perroquets en cage. Nous avons passé la plus mauvaise nuit de notre voyage parmi tous les hôtels en Suisse
