The Staff at this hotel is the worst, I have a long commute to work so sometimes I get a room to break up the drive for a day or 2 during my work rotation to get more rest (I told them this) so while I’m resting the front desk, some Indian guy opened my door and turned on the light while I was sleeping to ask me to come check in “again” for my second night?? I told him I was sleeping and this was totally unacceptable to enter my room, he said he knocked, I didn’t hear anything, I asked him to get out and I’d be down in a minute, before I could even get dressed my phone is ringing off the hook, nothing short of harassment at this point, when I get down there to resolve the issue they asked me to pay another $50 deposit for the same room I was already in, I didn’t move rooms…just a bunch of BS, then there was another gal down there at the front when I got to the counter and she was even more volatile and aggressive telling me she’d get security to escort me off the property if I didn’t want to pay another deposit and just completely rude and unprofessional. I asked do you treat all your guests like this? I stay in hotels a lot, all over. And this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here.
