The food was very basic and the facilities lacked an elevator, I suppose that for older people they will be located on the ground floor.

There are supermarkets, many restaurants and car rental shops opposite the hotel, and it is also very close to the beach! Very convenient! The hotel has designed many children's play facilities, and there are performances for children in the evening, which is suitable for families traveling with children! The hotel is moderately close to various attractions and not far from the airport. It is recommended to rent a car for travel.

Our first family holiday and we were not disappointed at all! A welcoming and friendly reception team guided us through our stay and answered any questions we had on arrival We had booked a family suite as we were traveling with a 1 year old and I can honestly what a fantastic room! Newly refurbished it was ideal! Clean spacious and the little kitchen area hidden inside the cupboards was perfect for keeping our little boys snacks and yoghurts cool and making up his milk. Another highlight I really liked was the two Sumner’s on our terrace which meant when my little one was having a sleep I could sunbathe and wasn’t missing our on the sun Pools were fabulous one heated one not but didn’t make a difference to us and a little splash pool for non swimmers! Pool area clean and tidy and well Cared for. Entertainment staff were second to none. Baby club allowed you to take the little ones into play for short periods or drop off and leave for a little while and they staff were all great with the kids. In the evening the mini disco was idea for children and then the shows after. Food was delicious! Great selections of fruit vegetables and meat especially local caught fish. And kids section as well each day varied and the chefs were friendly and informative At this point I want to make a special mention to Orianny one of the waitresses My little boy took a real shine to her and she made special efforts to come and see him and she really is just a lovely kind soul and we appreciated everything she did for us. The gym is fab not massive but every bring you need to work out otherwise there is some great places to go for a run outside the resort Costa Teguise itself is a lovely area and we all felt safe walking around. It’s really close to the beach and supermarket and also to some great little attractions including a local aquarium (your ticket lasts all day so you can go back and forth) and also a great crazy golf course. We are in process of booking again already and can’t wait to go back Thank you to everyone

We are coming to the end of our week here as a family of three, with our 3 year old daughter. We have generally been really pleased with the hotel. We had a family suite and had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room with a reasonably sized balcony. We were really pleased with our room. There is an impressive amount of storage so we’ve been able to keep the space tidy, and the balcony has been great for a standard room - in the corner so very sheltered from the wind and it also has a sunbed. We are grateful to the hotel for arranging this for us as there are clearly other rooms on the top floor with smaller balconies. Room is well maintained. It is not one of the most recently refurbished ones and to be honest, I am pleasantly surprised that they feel the need to refurbish these rooms already as they are of a good standard. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and a few mins walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop to Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen right in front of the hotel. We are staying half board. The food is reasonable but nothing special. After having dinner in the restaurant on the first night we chose to have breakfast and lunch instead. As others have said, the restaurant is busy, noisy and chaotic. So we’d much rather eat out in the evenings and have a bit of peace! Although the hotel caters well for children and provides plastic cups, plates and bowls it doesn’t provide any cutlery for children which is strange so I’d recommend bringing this with you. It’s very difficult for a 3 year old to use an adult sized knife and fork! The staff are hard working but it does also feel a bit disorganised, for example we have noticed several times that cutlery and crockery has run out and people have had to wait for this to be replenished. The entertainment is not our cup of tea, it never is, and it’s very loud so that’s one slight drawback for us but we did book knowing there would be entertainment. You can’t escape it during the day unfortunately if you’re at the hotel, and sometimes we’ve heard it from our bedroom at night. The playgrounds are excellent. Pools are a bit cold. Temps vary from 24-26 for large pool and 25-28 for baby pool. It’s been exceptionally windy while we’ve been here which hasn’t helped. Other points to note, drinks have generally been good and staff helpful. In general I would recommend this hotel, but I wouldn’t return as the weather really has not been good enough for us to make full use of the facilities and from what I can gather it’s pretty normal for this time of year.

When looking for our first family holiday with our 3 year old I was seeking somewhere which did a kids club from 3 (most are from 4). Long story short this is a great hotel. Massively child focused, clean, tidy and well run. Read on for the long review..... Complex This hotel has everything. A large reception area, reasonable sized bar/seating stage room for evening entertainment, a pool bar serving hot/cold snacks and icecream as well as obligatory cocktails. A large restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for extended time periods (lunch till 3.30 for example). 3 pools, games, evening entertainment, bar with TVs, pool tables, ping pong, spa, kids club, tennis, football pitch, parks and accommodation of course. Entertainment The Blue Team offered nightly entertainment which was really good. The same team also offered games throughout the day and facilitated kids club. Daisy the mascot came out a few times a day much to the kids delight and there is a kids mini disco and Certificate presentation for the winners of the games throughout the day. Food Many reviews on here deem the food poor. Now we were all Inclusive but knew in advance we would eat dinner out 2/3 nights. On the nights we ate at the restaurant we found there was a good variety every night. The food was hot. It was replenished frequently. There was a salad bar and dessert bar (amazing) every night. Each night is themed by a country, plus there are some standard options such as a meet and rice mixed dish (meat varied each night). Lunch was generally leftovers from the night before as well as staples such as rice dishes, potatoes, veg and the cold salad, pasta, ham, bread rolls and cheeses. Breakfast was hot or cold foods, cake, pancakes, fruits, yoghurt etc you would struggle not to find a good breakfast. Dining area Again many reviewers explain the chaos of the dining room. It's basically canteen style. It is chaos but that's customer chaos and not staff. We found the team very efficient cleaning tables and floors quickly and the turnover was high. You have to book in advance except on the 1st night. The chaos comes from people who allow their kids to run around, scream, throw food and generally display no manners. There was very much a feel in some cases that some parents had booked here so they didn't have to actually parent their kids Spa I booked the special. 50min Indian head massage and back massage. €57 price was reasonable. The treatment room was relaxing and they also had a double treatment room. I'd recommend booking 2 days in advance but they will offer to call if they get cancellations. My treatment was lovely just the right pressure and very relaxing. Kids club This was the selling point for me. As a 1 child family I wanted our little one to have the chance to play with others. The kids club offer something for 3 age groups and 2 sessions a day (except sundays). Each age group has their own designated and age appropriate room /outdoor play area in a

From the moment we arrived at reception we were made to feel welcome by the good reception staff. Excellent hotel, clean and a good location. All staff are very friendly but I have to mention the entertainment staff, special shoutout to Amanda. The guys are such hard working group, they had competitions for adults, such as bingo, sjoelen, darts, quiz, etc. Thank you for a nice stay!

Costa Teguise boasts several stunning beaches, each with its unique charm. Playa de las Cucharas is the most popular, offering golden sands and excellent conditions for windsurfing. Playa Bastián is another great option, especially for families, due to its calm waters and sheltered coves. The beaches are well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent. The area is renowned for its water sports, particularly windsurfing and diving. The steady winds make it a prime spot for windsurfing enthusiasts, while the clear waters and vibrant marine life attract divers. For those who prefer land-based activities, Costa Teguise has several golf courses, including the Costa Teguise Golf Club, known for its challenging layout and scenic views. Costa Teguise is a fantastic destination for those seeking sun, sea, and a range of activities. Whether you're an adventure seeker looking to windsurf, a family wanting a beach holiday, or a couple looking for a romantic getaway, Costa Teguise has something to offer. Its combination of natural beauty, modern amenities, and vibrant culture make it a standout choice in Lanzarote.

An amazing hotel, I am truly impressed. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. We stayed in the Gran Canaria block in a room overlooking the pool. The room was specious and comfortable with a super king bed. The bathroom included shower gel shampoo conditioner and shave kits, tooth brush kits etc- such a convenient bonus. I really needed to write this review to call out the staff of this hotel. Every single member of staff we met couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming- the reception staff, the staff at the pool bar, the evening bar, the restaurant for each meal, particularly Maria at breakfast. The cleaners each day were so polite and helpful. The children’s entertainment is fantastic and so well run- kids are safe and entertained by the fantastic performers while two of the kids club staff sit by the kids to keep an eye. Literally every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming, making a fuss of the kids and couldn’t do more for us. Everyone really seemed to be happy and enjoying their day, which says a lot about the hotel I think. The pool is clean and lifeguards so attentive. We stuck to the heated pool but the bigger pool with slides is fab too! I noticed every evening and every morning the area is cleaned down, and maintained during the day. Even walking into reception it is always clean and inviting and smells gorgeous. We booked directly via H10 website and I became a member, which got a discount. We chose to book half board and we had breakfast every day, and lunch most days. We had dinner the evening we arrived and one other evening. There is something for everyone- I found the selection great and constantly replenished. Lots of breads, fruits, salad plus a number of main course choices for lunch/ dinner. The kids really loved the deserts and the ice cream section! The hotel itself is located minutes from the beach - couldn’t pick a better location. We walked to the town every day in just a few minutes. The hotel is near to town without the noise of being in the main town. There is a pharmacy right next door which proved really handy for a few things we needed across our stay. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel too for day trips. We chose to get a taxi to and from the water park which was only €5 each way. We bought our water park tickets form hotel reception and got a better deal. There is a bus to teguise market on Sunday right outside the hotel - well worth a visit. Taxi to teguise market was €15, again worth it for us. Costa Teguise itself is fantastic - a lovely coastal town which isnt as hectic as others but still lots to do and loads of places for food and drinks. I’ve been so impressed by this hotel and really am so happy we chose H10 for our stay- we will most certainly be back. Thank you for making our holiday really special.

Just had a 9 night stay at H10 and had a decent stay, when we got here the 1st room in la palma block was like a prison cell... battered! Asked to move and the reception staff were very helpful and 2nd room at front of hotel seemed like a refurb and was loads better so thought everything was going to go fine from there.... then comes the evening, we couldn't book the restaurant as the system was playing up the reception said so was told to rock up .... rocked up and matron on the desk read is the riot act about booking! 😅 told us the rules, children need to be accompanied, no running round etc basic etiquette that most parents would know! Sat down, you'd got kids walking round on there own getting food, kids running round tables bumping into the back of you, big queues for food stations after we've just been told by matron it's strictly forbidden!, as other reviews have stated the restaurant situation is something you wouldn't expect from a 4* ... organised chaos would be generous... big queue formed of people waiting to get into restaurant after we got in so seems an issue at times, breakfast was less chaotic around 9am but as others have stated the dinning room is dirty most times with tables not cleaned properly, the way some families leave their tables is unbelievable some don't have any respect like theyve had a food fight!, we found going for food around 8pm was quieter as the families with toddlers go early so they can go in the mini disco, The food most nights was good tho, one of the better hotel buffets we've had in the  last few stays in lanzarote always a lot of choice each night, Pool area is clean and good for the kids, can get a sunbed easy enough as the lifeguards go round taking towels off if you put them on and then sod off to the room for 2 hours so you can comfortably go round the pool around 10.30 to 11 and still get some, big pool was freezing but the cloudy weather doesn't help! Smaller pool is heated which was better you'd think they'd have the splash pool heated as well, We never went down for the entertainment as the room isn't very big so got heaving so we avoided that as much as we could as the mini disco was chcoka never seen so many kids in me life 🤣, most shows are just a little production put on by annimation so we just went to the pool bar that had a musician on each night and was alot more chilled or  we'd go out for a walk to some local bars beings we were half board you don't feel like you've gotta stay in the hotel like you would AI, €4.50 for watered down estrella beer in the hotel when you can get  a decent pint from €2.50 out the hotel with some decent live music up around the main square. Plenty activities going on throughout the day mainly geared towards toddler age, We've had a good stay and it's a decent hotel just the manic restaurant and cramped entertainment venue would put us off coming back, if we did we'd swap evening meal for dinner time more often and go out on a night to avoid the evenin

We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel was great and our 5 and 6 year olds really enjoyed themselves. The pool area is really good for kids with plenty to do, easy to get sun loungers and the area was always kept clean. The kids had lots of fun on the water slides. We went all inclusive of which I’d recommend with kids. The restaurant had plenty to choose from and there was a different selection each day. The rooms were spacious and easily met our needs for a family of 4. There is lots of entertainment during the day and in the evenings to keep the kids entertained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time and would go back.

An honest review from a Family of 4… We recently stayed whilst it was Half Term, and while the overall experience was positive, there are some significant drawbacks worth noting, particularly regarding the food and amenities. First, the good: The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient, and the facilities are generally well-kept, except for those mornings you arrive for breakfast and there are still drinks from the night before on tables at the pool bar area. I would strongly advise against paying for anything beyond self-catering. The food provided in the all-inclusive package was a big frustration for us. It was repetitive and tasteless, and one evening, the main meal option was what you can see in the picture! Yes, there was more choice, but this particular selection was appalling and far from acceptable. The children’s pool is another issue. I had read reviews mentioning it was cold, but it truly is Baltic. This is far from ideal for younger children, who found it difficult to enjoy the pool due to the temperature. Additionally, the drinks seemed watered down, which was quite disappointing. Given the cost, we expected much better quality. In summary, a good hotel for a basic stay, the all-inclusive package is not worth the money. Stick to self-catering and explore local dining options instead.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday here last week. For young families it’s just perfect and such great value for money. For me a big selling point was that it was a smaller, more intimate resort. My children (aged 6 and 8) loved the activities, mini disco, ice cream and mocktails on tap 😂 and for me one of the best selling points - premium brand alcohol with very generous helpings (I mean, tanqueray and fever tree tonic!). I’ve not had that at any other AI before! The food is fine, I honestly think it’s what you expect for AI - some nights it’s very good and others okay, and yes after a few days it is a bit samey, but we all enjoyed our meals and found something we could all eat. The staff are wonderful and always smiling, nothing is too much trouble. All in all it’s a lovely resort ❤️

So thought I'd write an honest review for those thinking of coming, we had been looking at this hotel for well over a year and decided to book for may half term we had some ups and downs but thought some people might find helpful! We booked first minute travel though the hotel and although was a delay in collecting us both transfers were faultless. We had booked a bungalow as a family of fine and was allocated 416, from the moment we walked in it had a ridiculous amount of fruit flies, yes I appreciate there is flies but no sooner had we killed 10/20 they would reappear! We informed reception and sent someone round to have a look and then clean again, we went out for dinner and only to return to kill 30/40 flies, we informed reception the following morning and they said they would send some again to do a deep clean and change the bedding and leave insect spray, great we thought so the following day we spent the day by the pool only to return to to dead flies on the floor and bedding and lots more flying around, again off we go to reception, they eventually said they had another bungalow free so we packed up and moved. The reception team was faultless in trying to sort this problem out, into new bungalow and everything was fine, there is enough space for 5 of you in the bungalow as the sofa was made up and there was 2 other beds put in the living area. Cleanliness around the hotel was spotless, the cleaning team and gardeners were always out in the morning tidying up. Restaurant - Our son has a peanut allergy (also has an eating disorder) and we was given a card when checking in and advised to show this when going to the restaurant. We done this the first few days over breakfast, lunch and dinner but almost everything was may contain, there was a lovely lady chef who cooked my son some chips one night but no else really offered on following occasions so we almost gave up asking. Please be aware if your child has a severe nut allergy I wouldn't recommend this hotel, there is a lot of cross contamination and was very hesitant. We paid to upgrade and honestly would give the food 5/10 it was warm on most occasions, if you like fresh salad, meats and cheeses then the selection was outstanding and the bread selection was great and desserts but the hot food selection wasn't the greatest, I had cheese and crackers on the last night as I had enough of the food offered. The restaurant is very clean and the staff were attentive but if your thinking of upgrading then please be aware if your not massive drinkers then it maybe worth going out to eat. Across the road is a fab Italian called mi place and their pizza is the best, we eat their 3 times and got take away pizza for my son one night. Sunbed wars - yes it was an issue, we would go to breakfast around 7.30/8 and people had reserved sunbeds, although the team put notices on the sunloungers, I never saw any towels removed. It was frustrating as people wouldn't be down for hours! The pools are very co
Response from Property: Dear Luisa, First of all thank you very much for choosing the H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens for your holidays in Lanzarote and for taking the time to write such a beautiful review. As a family hotel we are always very happy to know that our little guests are having a great time. Our goal is to make our guests’ experience as relaxing and fun as possible and we are pleased to know our staff made it happens.
