Beautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that.

It is always great to stay there for our business trips to Phoenix. Everyone is always friendly and rooms are always clean and comfy. Also food is always so good!

I always stayed at this place, but I was disappointed when I went to the hot tub wasn't working, water was cold. Coffee maker wasn't working. I was about to shower from getting disappointed about hot tub water upstairs never get hotter either. It was just a little bit of kinda lukewarm. So ended up not taking shower. I am the person who doesn't want to bother employees specially at night. I guess it was my fault not complaining. Food for breakfast at the buffet was okay not to crazy about it. As long as I had my coffee. I will stay here again. This place been my favorite place. But sometimes things happened. Sad part is that my favorite restaurant storyteller is not open every Monday.

Took FOREVER to check in (a common problem here). Charged $20 hotel fee but never got internet bc reservation info not entered correctly by clerk with last name/room# bc "3rd party" reservation!?! Upon entering, room smelled like sewer from bathroom. The smell never went away. Something on the bedspread (still don't want to know).

Comfortable clean room with no concerns other than the show style - prefer a hand held wand instead of the wall mounted shower head.
And slots were stingy this trip. :(
We also wish the hotel had a pizza and pasta restaurant; Story Tellers has gotten way to expensive.

We stayed in a king bed room at the hotel and really enjoyed the comfort and quietness of the room.
Since this was a Monday night, the restaurant was closed so we tried the buffet and we're pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food for only $18 each.
Everyone here is very friendly and eager to please.

Disappointed in housekeeping. On a four night stay, housekeeping never touched our room once. Would at least expect coffee and bottled water to be restocked daily.

Room was nice. No shower Saturday morning because the water was off for service. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was not connected. Used my cell phone and had a long hold, then the representative just said we are aware of the water problem and it’s being fixed. No apologies or empathy very short and rude then hung up. Tried to go to the pool but our keys did not work so we had to go to the front desk and they had to issue new keys because our were deactivated.
