This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms felt very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful with guiding us around the town for sightseeing and attractions. I could not find any downside to this hotel, not that u always look, those just always stand out to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a perfect hotel for our needs. Nathan at the front desk was AWESOME and super helpful. We had a very eventful day leading up to our stay at this hotel and staying here was the bright spot of our whole day. They were accommodating and the room was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had several hairs and stains on both bed sheets when we pulled back the comforter when we checked in. They came and inspected and agreed then changed the sheets.

This is a nice hotel. It appears to be relatively new, has been well-cared for and based on a full parking lot is popular. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Liked the walk-in shower vs. the in-tub shower. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room not on the I75 side - traffic noise is consistent throughout the night and kept waking 1 of us up. The breakfast was pretty basic and could be improved - sausages were swimming in grease, eggs were watery, limited offering of some items. Not a "wow" but a good place to stay and would stay again.

The hotel is very clean the bed was coming. It was an easy drive back and forth to the Cincinnati airport. We didn't even have to get on the interstate.
There's tons of restaurants and shopping in the area which made our evening there enjoyable.
It had a better than average breakfast available the next morning before we headed back to the airport to catch our flight.

Good things…clean and nicely laid out. Coffee was great.
Not so great…bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were either a brick or a ball of mush.
When checking out, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When someone finally came out of the back area, I handed the key cards and said we were checking out. The employee just said “okay”. He was obviously disinterested in talking with me

Have stayed here before and hotel is always very clean. The hotel seems to be extremely short staffed and getting into your room on time rarely happens. The pillows are horrible. There is zero water pressure. I think this last time will be my last. Although area is safe and housekeeping keeps things very clean it is not bad for the money if you don’t mind waiting to check in.
